As a professional service provider we expect to be able to complete our task free from hindrances, discrimination, violence and offence. No laws will be

required to be broken to complete such tasks. Where reception is booked, a meal will be required for all Pixel-Bug employees. Water will also be required

to be available. No alcohol will be consumed by a Pixel-Bug employee while working.

Payment for the entire account which includes the package, travel and inclusions must be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.

Editing is to the discretion of the photographer and any special requests on the day may attract an editing surcharge.

Samples will be supplied as soon as possible with the remainder of the images supplied once all editing is complete. If prints are supplied, they

will be decided by the client once they have received the USB containing all of the product. While it is in our best interest to provide our product

as soon as possible, peek workload or other situations may prevent this. If there is a delay, notification will be sent with an approximate time frame.

Pixel-Bug Photography is designed to capture your wedding day, event, project or campaign in full frame, high resolution using composition and lighting techniques

at a professional level. Using the best in digital technology, hardware and programs to create an image and then amplify it with a editing

process that is unique to Pixel-Bug Photography. By choosing Pixel-Bug Photography as your supplier of Wedding Photography or any

other type, style or diversion, you, as the client are entering into a binding agreement to provide services nominated. The agreement requires

a deposit to secure and book the requested date which was predetermined to ensure availability.

This agreement is an understanding that client and provider will provide to the best of their ability a product and environment to do so.

While Pixel-Bug aims to provide every thing outlined and agreed to, many factors exist that could prevent providing our product. Pixel-Bug

eliminates any risk associated with providing this by ensuring equipment is in perfect working order, back up equipment in the case of failure

and ample storage and battery to cover the photo shoot.

Pixel-Bug can not control weather or other elements which may prevent producing an optimal product.

Images, USB’s, Printing products are provided as soon as possible. While it is in our best interest to supply you with the final product within our

2 week policy, peek seasons or workload can interfere with expected delivery time. If this occurs, we will notify you and a new delivery date will be

provided.

While Pixel-Bug Photography is performing its duty, other photographers are permitted to document the same event. Copyright is to the provider

while ownership of the images is with the client. The only condition with handing over ownership to the client is that the client agrees all images or video

may be used for advertising, media purposes at Pixel-Bug’s discretion. That includes and future diversions or the images with out prior consent from the client.

During the day, depending on the package, Pixel-Bug will aim to take a minimum of one thousand images. While this is our goal, it may be un achievable.

The client will receive up to 95% of all the images taken. There is no limit to how many photographs are taken, though editing time may drastically change

due to the amount of images captured. The package / service provided will end once the photographer decides he / she has captured the event and has

all of the images required to document the day according to the package. The end time is at the photographers discretion. For example, If package 2 has been

booked which includes coverage of the reception, all of the formalities will be covered. Once the formalities are over and the party remains, the photographer will

stay to capture what he / she feels is adequate. Generally, a finish time is around 9:30pm for a night time reception. If the photographer is required to stay

until the end, this needs to be discussed prior to the event and an additional fee may be required.

A travel fee outside of the photographers hometown will also be required. A travel fee is based upon location and if accommodation is required.

Selfie Booth Hire These are our Terms & Conditions for hiring a Photobooth.

1. Definitions

Selfie Booth: Trading as Selfie Booth and any employees Hirer: The person, organisation, company or other body which is hiring the goods as specified on the Booking Form. Event date: The time and date of the event, confirmed by Selfie Booth and noted on the Booking Form. Booking Form: The form completed by the hirer and specifying details of the booking.

2. Booking confirmation

2.1. A booking is not confirmed until the hirer completes booking form, pays any costs as outlined under ‘Payments’ in these terms & conditions, and receives confirmation of the booking from Selfie Booth.

3. Payments

3.1. A non-refundable deposit of $100 of the booking cost is payable upon booking. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received by Selfie Booth. 3.2. The balance of the booking cost is payable in full 7 days before the client’s event. 3.3. If the balance of the booking cost is not received 7 days before the event date, the booking may be cancelled and the client will forfeit all monies paid thus far. Contact Selfie Booth before the balance is due if you are experiencing any problems with ma king this payment to organise possible alternative arrangements which must be agreed upon by Selfie Booths. 3.4. If a booking occurs within 14 days of the event, the non-refundable full amount is due within 48 hours of booking, unless other terms have been agreed upon by both parties. 3.5. If the client requests use of Selfie Booth services in excess of the time noted on the Booking Agreement, this will be billed at $250 for each additional hour or part-hour. 3.6. By paying any part of the hire price, the hirer is agreeing to our Terms & Condi tions.

4. Our Requirements

Access, space & power requirements 4.1. The hirer shall ensure a safe and appropriate environment is provided for Selfie Booth to operate its equipment. 4.2. The client must ensure: • A clean, flat, stable, dry area in the correc t size is available for the photobooth. • BOOTH – approx space needed is 4m wide x 3m deep x 2.5m high minimum (preferably in a corner against a wall). • this space provided is to include room for a prop table & photostrip guest album table (if applicable). The more space available for the photobooth and equipment will provide a more enjoyable experience for everyone. • A power point access within 5m from the photobooth is required (for the photobooth’s use only) • The photobooth area must be protected from the weather including direct sun, extreme heat or cold, rain, wind etc • We require access to the venue before the photobooth is required to start at your event. We will arrive to set up the photo booth and equipment at the venue 60-90 minutes before the photobooth start time, unless other terms have been agreed upon by both parties. 4.3. The hirer is responsible for paying any charges imposed by the venue, or required to access the venue. These charges may include, but are not limited to, parking and electricity.

5. Changes & cancellations

5.1. Requests for changes of the event date must be made at least 30 days before the original event date. A date change is su bject to availability and receipt of a new Booking Form. 5.2. All cancellations will result in the client forfeiting the deposit, however if Selfie Booth is notified of cancellation more than 30 days

before the event date, credit to the value of the deposit will be given to the hirer to use for any future booking made within 6 months of the date of cancellation.

6. Our rights

6.1. In order to prevent damage to any equipment and to keep a safe and friendly environment, Selfie Booth reserves the right to deny service to any person. For the safety to all and our equipment the Photobooth attendant reserves the right to exclude persons who she/he considers to be • too intoxicated • too rough with equipment • unlawful, won’t obey our rules • threatening or disrespectful to staff & others 6.2. If circumstances arise where a threat or implied threat of harm, damage or violence to Selfie Booth’s staff or equipment, Selfie Booth reserves the right to cease providing services. If the hirer is able to resolve the threatening situation within 20 minutes, Selfie Booth will resume services. If the situation is unable to be resolved, Selfie Booth will not resume providing service and the client will receive no refund of booking cost. 6.3. The hirer is liable for the cost of repair or replacement for any damage to Selfie Booth equipment during the hirer’s event caused by the hirer, hirer’s guests or any other person in attendance at the event whether invited or not. 6.4. We agree to supply a wide variety of props for our hirers and their guests to use at the booked event in the Photobooth. However we do reserve the right to remove all or certain props from use if we consider they are being damaged, mistreated or continually being removed from the Photobooth area. Our props are not toys intended for children to play with at the event and are to remain for use in the Photobooth only.

7. Use of images

7.1. When hiring from Selfie Booth the hirer gives permission for all photos taken during the event to be used on Selfie Booth’s website and other promotional and advertising purposes. 7.2. Selfie Booth will not use images which are deemed unsuitable or inappropriate on their website or advertising nor use any content that we consider may be personally damaging to any person/s. 7.3. Selfie Booth will not use any images or content of minors if requested. 7.4. If in the event of an individual not wanting their images used, they are to contact Selfie Booth to inform us in writing and any of their images will be removed from our website and any advertising material

8. Indemnification

8.1. Selfie Booth will not be held responsible or liable for any circumstances outside their control. This includes, but is not limited to, fire, riot, civil commotion, accidents, acts of nature, others equipment failure, utility failure and internet interruptions or out of range. If such circumstances arise, all reasonable efforts will be made by Selfie Booth to provide service or find a suitable replacement service. If this is not possible, the hirer is not entitled to a refund for monies paid. 8.2. The hirer agrees that in all circumstances, Selfie Booth’s liability is limited to an amount equal to the booking cost and not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Travel

9.1. A travel fee will be apply to events located outside of the Wide Bay Area 9.2. Selfie Booth cannot be held responsible for unseen delays in traffic or at the venue which are out of our control, however we will always aim to arrive at an event with plenty of time to set up.

10. Delivery & Service

10.1. Delivery, set up and removal occur outside of the booked hire period. At least one trained Photobooth attendants/technicians will remain with the Photobooth at all times to assist guests, attend to your photostrip guest album and to keep everything running smoothly.
