New Registration System (Active)

• Ability to pay on line

• Automatic reminders and notifications for

payments

• New sibling discount - $10 for each additional child

New Team Policies

• Consistency with all City of Campbell’s programs

• Absences for a period of 31 days or more require a

re-registration fee

• No pro-rates for vacation or absences

•Stable coaching staff, reduced “subs” rate.

•No cancelled practices for holidays or social activities.

•Held practices during Christmas break.

•Held Clinics during August (break) 2012 and 2013.

•Reduced volunteer hours to 20 per family (from 25).

•Did not collect unfulfilled volunteer hours for 2012. (will ask

to work in the future)

•Swimmers qualified for JO’s, FW’s, 10&U Camps, Zone All

Stars, and CCS

•Hosted two Mock meets during the summer

•New fee structure to help team sustainability
