  • Protekla poslovna godina je bila puna izazova za finansijski aposebno za mikrokreditni sektor. Ipak, i pored teške godine, Part-ner je uspio da godinu završi sa dobrim poslovnim rezultatima. Ci-jela 2010. godina bila je posvećena projektima društveneodgovornosti, jačanju i izgradnji internih kapaciteta i dodatnihpogodnosti za naše klijente.

    Najznačajniji projekat u prošloj godini je REGA projekat, usmjerenna razvoj ruralnih područja, koji se implementira u suradnji saUSAID-om. Projekat je usmjeren na poticanje proizvodnjejagodičastog voća i sastoji se od robnog kredita za sadnice, sistemaza navodnjavanje te ostalog repromaterijala, simbolično nazvanogvoćko. Kada su European Microfinance Platform i Grand Duchy ofLuxemburg objavili poziv za slanje projekata za 3. Evropsku na-gradu iz oblasti mikrofinansija, Partner se na ovaj konkurs prijaviosa kreditnim proizvodom Voćko i REGA projekat je izabran kaojedan od tri najbolja projekta ruralnog razvoja između 36 finansi-jskih institucija iz cijelog svijeta koje su poslale svoje prijave za ovuprestižnu nagradu.

    Takođe, bitno je napomenuti da je u prošlog godini Partner dobionagradu Mikrofinansijskog centra (MFC) „Izvrsnost u zaštiti klije-nata“. Partner je proglašen pobjednikom i ujedno je jedini nomini-rani koji je zadovoljio svih šest principa zaštite klijenata koji su bilipredmet evaluacije: izbjegavanje prezaduživanja klijenata, trans-parentno i odgovorno utvrđivanje cijena, odgovarajuće politike iprocedure naplate kredita, etično ponašanje zaposlenih, meha-nizmi za rješavanje žalbi i pritužbi i zaštita podataka klijenata.Posebno je bitno istaći da je Partner jedina institucija koja je dobilaovu nagradu iz cijelog područja sjeveroistočne Evrope te dijelaAzije, koji ovaj centar pokriva sa svojim članicama.

    Partner je takođe bio finalist Evropske nagrade za najbolje prakseu mikrofinansiranju koju zajednički organizuju Fondacija GiordanoDell’Amore i European Microfinance Network (EMN) koja ima za

    cilj podizanje svijesti o mikrofinansiranju kao alatu koji se koristiza ekonomske inicijative koje uključuju osobe koje nemaju pristupkomercijalnim izvorima finansiranja.

    U 2010. Godini, Partner je postao i članom UN Globalnog sporazumakoji je iniciran 2000. godine kada su pokrenute aktivnosti globalnogsporazuma, koji čini ujedno platformu ali i praktičan okvir za or-ganizacije koje su se opredijelile da u svom poslovanju ugradepraksu održivog i odgovornog poslovanja. To je okvir koji potpisujuvodeći ljudi u kompanijama i koji traži od njih da obezbjedeusklađenost poslovanja sa deset univerzalnih i opšte prihvaćenihprincipa u oblastima ljudskih prava, rada, okoliša i antikorupcije.

    Inače u cilju društveno odgovornog djelovanja Partner MKF jeprovela i druge aktivnosti poput: priprema brošure „Vodič zapametno zaduživanje“ koja sadrži 12 osnovnih tema iz finansijskeoblasti i koje se kontinuirano distributiraju klijentima u ciljupovećanja „finansijske pismenosti“. Posebno poglavlje je upravoposvećeno žirantima a sve teme u obliku brošure se distribuirajuu svim poslovnicama Partnera.

    Fokus mikrokreditnih aktivnosti je i u 2010. godini bi na kvalitetnojprocjeni kreditnih kapaciteta klijenata u cilju smanjenja prezaduži-vanja, kontroli portfolija u kašnjenju i razvijanju novih kreditnihproizvoda i usluga prilagođenih klijentima. Partner se, osim kred-itnih aktivnosti u 2010. godini posvetio organizacijskim aktivnos-tima posebno u oblasti upravljanja rizicima, zatim uvođenju ISOstandarda 9001 (standard kvaliteta), ISO 27001 (standard sig-urnosti i zaštite informacija), ISO 10001, 10002 i 10003 kao i stan-darda za upravljanje rizicima (31000). Sve ovo bi trebalo daunaprijedi poslovne procese, omogući primjenu novih tehnologija,obezbijedi kvalitet usluge klijentima i doprinese jačanjukonkurentske pozicije organizacije na tržištu. Vjerujemo da će sviprojekti započeti u ovoj godini dostići svoju punu snagu u 2011.kada će klijenti i uposlenici Partner MKF biti još zadovoljniji.

    Last business year has been full of challenges for microcredit andbanking sector. However, despite the difficult year, Partner wasable to finish the year with good performance. The whole 2010year was devoted to projects of social responsibility, strengtheningand building the internal capacity and additional benefits for ourclients.

    In 2010 Partner’s focus was on additional benefits for clientsthrough various projects. The most significant project is the REGAproject aimed at developing rural areas, which is being imple-mented in collaboration with USAID. The project is aimed at en-couraging the production of soft fruits through "Fruity" loan forseedlings, irrigation systems and other raw materials, necessaryfor the efficient production of soft fruits. When the European Mi-crofinance Platform and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg an-nounced an invitation to submit projects for third European prizein the field of microfinance, Partner applied with the REGA project,which was selected as one of the three best projects of rural de-velopment among 36 financial institutions from around the worldwho have sent their applications for this prestigious award.

    It is also important to note that in the past year, Partner won theMicrofinance Centre’s (MFC’s) "Excellence in protecting customers"Award. Partner was announced as the winner but, at the sametime, was the only institution that fully complied with all six prin-ciples for the protection of clients, under evaluation: avoidance ofover-indebtedness, transparent and responsible pricing, appro-priate collections practices, ethical staff behavior, mechanisms forredress of grievances and privacy of client data. It is particularlyimportant to emphasize that the Partner is the only institutionthat has received this award from all areas of northeastern Europeand parts of Asia, which covers the center with its members.

    Partner was also a finalist for the the European Best Practices Mi-crofinance Award, which is jointly organized by the Foundation

    Giordano Dell'Amore and European Microfinance Network (EMN).The Award aims to raise awareness of microfinance as a tool usedfor economic initiatives that include people who lack access tocommercial sources of funding.

    In 2010, Partner became a member of the UN Global Agreement ini-tiated in 2000, and which makes the platform and a practical frame-work for organizations that have opted to integrate its businesspractices for sustainable and responsible business. This Agreement issigned by leaders of the companies, requesting them to provide busi-ness compliance with the ten universal and generally accepted prin-ciples of human rights, labor, environment and anticorruption.

    In order to fulfill socially responsible goals Partner MCF conductedother activities such are developing the brochure “A Guide forSmart Borrowing” containing 12 basic financial topics which werecontinuously distributed to customers in order to increase "finan-cial literacy". A separate chapter is devoted to guarantors and thebrochures are being distributed in all Partner’s offices.

    In 2010 the focus of the microcredit activities is still on the qualityof the clients’ credit capacities in order to reduce overindebtness,to control portfolio in arrears and on development of new loanproducts and services tailored to customers. Except for lending ac-tivities Partner, was also dedicated to organizational activities,particularly in the field of risk management, the introduction ofISO standards 9001 (standard quality), ISO 27001 (standard secu-rity and information protection), ISO 10001, 10002 and 10003 aswell as standards for risk management (31000). All this shouldimprove business processes, enabling the use of new technologies,provide quality services to clients and contribute to strengtheningthe competitive position of the organization in the market. We be-lieve that all projects initiated this year are to reach its full effectsin 2011, when customers and employees of Partner MCF will beeven more satisfied.

    Partner je finansijski podržao i uzeo aktivno učešće u projektuMercy Corpsa: „Podrška socio-ekonomskoj reintegraciji preživjelihžrtava mina kroz otvaranje radnih mjesta u zajednicama sa zna-čajnim stepenom manjinskog povratka” koji je finansirala Europ-ska Unija i sufinansirao, pored Partnera, Fond za profesionalnurehabilitaciju i zapošljavanje invalida Republike Srpske, Ministar-stvo rada i socijalne politike Federacije BiH i Hypo Alpe Adria BankBiH.

    Implementator projekta je međunarodna organizacija Mercy CorpsScotland, a saradnici na projektu su Mreža preživjelih od mina -LSN BiH, Savez udruženja – udruga izbjeglica, raseljenih lica i po-vratnika u BiH, Fond za profesionalnu rehabilitaciju i zapošljavanjeinvalida Republike Srpske, Udruženje Centar za Razvoj i Podršku -CRP iz Tuzle. Projekat se sastojao od konkretne pomoći, grantova,za kupovinu opreme, učešća na sajmovima i organizovanje javnihskupova u svim većim gradovima BiH, koji su imali za cilj povećanjesvijesti o važnosti uključivanja osoba sa invaliditetom u ekonom-ske i socijalne tokove.

    PODRŠKA PROJEKTU REINTEGRACIJI ŽRTAVA MINA

    Partner is financially supported and actively took part in the MercyCorps project “Support to socio-economic reintegration of minesurvivors through job creation in communities with a significantdegree of minority return”, which was funded by the EuropeanUnion and cofinancing addition to Partner, the Fund for profes-sional rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons of Re-publika Srpska, Ministry of Labor and Social Policy of theFederation and Hypo Alpe Adria Bank BiH.

    Implementer of the project is an international organization MercyCorps Scotland, and colleagues on the project are Mine SurvivorsNetwork - LSN BiH, the Alliance Association - Association of refu-gees, displaced persons and returnees in BiH, the Fund for profes-sional rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons ofRepublika Srpska, Association Center for Development and Sup-port - CRP from Tuzla. The project consisted of concrete assistance,grants for the purchase of equipment, participation in trade fairsand organizing public meetings in all major cities of BiH, who hada goal to increase awareness about the importance of inclusionof persons with disabilities in economic and social trends.

    Partner mikrokreditna fondacija je ostvarila impresivan rast u ran-giranju sa 192. mjesta na 87. mjesto, u odnosu na prošlogodišnjiizvještaj, prema rangiranju MIX marketa (MIX - Microfinance In-formation Exchange). MIX market je globalna internacionalnaberza mikrofinansijskih institucija.

    Vrijednost ovog napretka u rangiranju je veća jer znamo da je pro-šla 2009. godina bila recesijska godina i izuzetno teška za cijeli fi-nansijski ali i realni sektor ekonomije.

    MIX market već treću godinu zaredom prikazuje u ovom izvještajuniz performansi mikrokreditnih institucija koristeći atribute kaošto su: doseg ciljane populacije, efikasnost i transparentnost.U izvještaju se ne radi o rangiranju kategorija kao što su imovina,krediti, klijenti već kategorijama koje objedinjuju nekoliko razli-čitih već pomenutih aspekata ili atributa poslovanja.

    Metodologija rangiranja je zahtijevala evidentiranje snažnog rastabez ugrožavanja kreditnog rizika, poboljšanje efikasnosti bez ugro-žavanja kvalitete portfolia te jedan širi pristup uz kontinuiranu po-nudu niza novih proizvoda ili usluga.

    SVJETSKO RANGIRANJE MIKROFINANSIJSKIH INSTITUCIJA

    Partner Micro credit Foundation has achieved impressive growthin the ranking from place 192nd to 87th, compared to last year’sreport, according to the MIX Market ranking (MIX - MicrofinanceInformation Exchange). MIX is a global, international stock marketof microfinance institutions.

    The value of this progress in the ranking is important because it iswell known that the last year was tough year for business and wasextremely difficult to financial and all other sectors of economy.

    For the third year in role, MIX market in its report shows the num-ber of micro-credit institutions using performance attributes suchas: outreach of the target population, efficiency and transparency. The report is not about the ranking of categories like: assets, loans,customers, it is about categories that combine several alreadymentioned aspects or attributes of the business.

    Ranking methodology requires recording of growth without com-promising credit risk, improved efficiency without compromisingquality of portfolio and a broader approach to offer continuousseries of new products or services.

    Evropska nagrada za najbolje prakse u mikrofinansiranju kojuzajednički organizuju Fondacija Giordano Dell’Amore i EuropeanMicrofinance Network (EMN) ima za cilj podizanje svijesti o mi-krofinansiranju kao alatu koji se koristi za ekonomske inicijativekoje uključuju osobe koje nemaju pristup komercijalnim izvorimafinansiranja. Ostali ciljevi su razmijena dobrih i primjenjivih praksimeđu mikrofinansijskim organizacijama u Evropi, promovisanjeinovativnosti i održivosti. Dobitnik ove nagrade koja se dodjeljujena godišnjem nivou, dobija i finansijsku nagradu u iznosu od50.000 eura, koja može biti investirana u nove projekte ali i u ope-rativne aktivnosti organizacije.

    U 2010. 14 organizacija su podnijele svoje aplikacije u kojima opisujusvoja iskustva u mikrofinansiranju u deset Evropskih zemalja. Odborza dodjelu nagrade je, nakon što je iščitao, proanalizirao i diskutovaoo svakoj aplikaciji pojedinačno, odabrao pet finalista za dodjelu na-grade. Svaki od pet izabranih kandidata je pružio interesantan pristupi ideje koje mogu biti replicirane u drugim sličnim institucijama.

    PARTNER UŠAO U UŽI IZBOR ZA EMN NAGRADU ZA DOBRE PRAKSE

    The European best Practices Microfinance Award, organized byFondazione Giordano Dell’Amore, in collaboration with the Eu-ropean Microfinance Network, aims at raising awareness ofmicrofinance as tool to assist the economic initiative of excludedpersons in Europe, sharing good and transferable practices inthe field of microfinance. Other goals inclede innovation andsustainability and promoting and spreading those good practi-ces to other microfinance agencies in Europe. The Award is en-dowed with 50,000 euros. The funds must be reinvested for therealisation of new projects or towards core costs of the existingservices.

    In 2010, 14 organisations have submitted their proposals descri-bing microfinance experiences in ten European countries. Afterhaving read, analysed and discussed each single proposal, theaward committee has selected five finalist candidates. Each of thefive selected experiences offers an interesting approach and ideathat could be transferred to similar situations.

    05. juna 2010., u rad je puštena nova stranica Partner mikrokre-ditne fondacije pri čemu je adresa ostala ista, www.partner.ba. Prilikom izrade nove web stranice vodili smo računa o našoj ciljnojpopulaciji kao i budućem pravcu djelovanja Partnera.

    Stranica je orjentisana, između ostalog, prema poljoprivredi teruralnoj populaciji koja je u dosadašnjem radu predstavljala većinunaših klijenata a koja će i u narednom periodu biti u našem fokusu.

    Neke od novina koje smo uveli su da, pored osnovnih podataka oorganizaciji, kreditnim proizvodima i klijentima, na stranici se  na-lazi i kalkulator rate gdje klijenti imaju mogućnost da sami izra-čunaju ratu kredita. Također, klijenti imaju priliku da podnesužalbu, primjedbu ili dostave pohvalu on-line.

    NOVA WEB STRANICA PARTNER MKF

    On June 05th 2010, a new web site of Partner Microcredit Founda-tion was launched on the same address: www.partner.ba.

    During the work on the new web site, we have taken into con-sideration our target population but also the future Partner’scourse of action. The web site is oriented toward agriculture andthe rural population which so far represented the majority ofour clients, and which will be in our focus in the future. Someof the novelties we have introduced is that, besides the basic in-formation on the organization, loan products and our clients,the new web site contains an annuity calculator where clientshave an opportunity to calculate their annuities by themselves.Clients are also able to submit a claim, suggestion or to sendtheir appraisal on-line.

    U sklopu aktivnosti povećanja broja specijalizacija zaposlenih uPartneru, tehnički saradnici za poljoprivredu su prvi koji su steklicertifikat za HACCP.

    HACCP je sistem koji identificira, razmatra i kontrolira rizike koji suznačajni za sigurnost hrane, a ti rizici se posmatraju kao biološki,hemijski ili fizički agensi u hrani sa potencijalom da prouzrokujunepovoljno djelovanje na zdravlje. Sve veći broj zagađivača, sve većirizik od bolesti izazvanih hemijskim problemima u proizvodnjihrane korištenjem novih tehnologija, životni stilovi i sve manja ot-pornost ljudi, kao i sve veća briga o zdravlju zbog higijenskog za-gađivanja hrane, i zahtjevi koji se postavljaju pred akterima svjetsketrgovine hranom, su razlozi koji zahtjevaju međunarodnu harmo-nizaciju u proizvodnji, kontroli i verifikaciji procesa proizvodnjehrane.

    Uvođenje HACCP sistema obezbjeđuje preventivan sistem za proiz-vodnju hrane, efektivniji i efikasniji nadzor od strane vlade samanje inspekcije, odgovornost za bezbjednost hrane prenosi sena industriju, i ono što je najvažnije pomaže proizvođačima hraneda budu konkurentniji na svjetskom tržištu.

    Tehnički saradnici za poljoprivredu će stečena znanja iz HACCP si-stema prenijeti i na klijente Partnera - one koji žele da imaju du-goročno održivu proizvodnju zdrave hrane i njen siguran plasmana lokalnom i međunarodnom tržištu.

    HACCP JE STIGAO U PARTNER, USKORO I KOD KLIJENATA

    As a part of activities on increasing the number of specializationin Partner, Partner’s Technical Advisors for Agriculture were thefirst ones that obtained the certificate for HACCP.

    HACCP is a system that identifies, examines and controls hazardsthat are significant for food safety, which are viewed as biological,chemical or physical agents in food with the potential to causeadverse effects on health. An increasing number of pollutants, hig-her risk of diseases caused by chemical problems in food produc-tion using new technologies, lifestyles and declining resilience ofpeople, as well as growing concern about health from the conta-mination of food hygiene and also requirements that are set beforethe food industry players around the world, are the reasons thatrequire international harmonization in the production, control andverification processes of food production.

    Introduction of HACCP system provides a preventive system forfood production, more efficient and effective supervision by thegovernment with less inspection, responsibility for food safety istransferred to the industry, and most importantly, it helps foodproducers to be competitive in the global market.

    Technical Associates of Agriculture will transfer the acquired know-ledge in HACCP systems to the clients of Partner MCF - those who wantto have long-term sustainable production of healthy food and safeplacement of theirn product on the local and international markets.

    Partner izabran kao jedan od finalista za najbolji projekat ruralnog raz-voja u 2010. godini od strane European Microfinance PlatformKada su European Microfinance Platform i Grand Duchy of Luxemburgobjavili poziv za slanje projekata za 3. Evropsku nagradu iz oblasti mi-krofinansija, Partner se na ovaj konkurs prijavio sa kreditnim proiz-vodom Voćko. Svrha nagrade, simbolično nazvane „Lanac finansijskevrijednosti“ je da stavi u fokus i stimuliše inicijative koje predstavljajuprekretnice u izmjeni lanca vrijednosti u finansijskom poslovanju.Lanac vrijednosti se odnosi na ruralni razvoj, projekte koji integrišufinansiranje poslovnih aktivnosti, proizvodnju i plasman proizvoda.

    Između 36 finansijskih institucija iz cijelog svijeta koje su poslalesvoje prijave za ovu prestižnu nagradu, Partnerov projekat je iza-bran među tri projekta koja su ušla u uži izbor. Kao jedan od fina-lista Partner je imao mogućnost da pošalje predstavnika radipredstavljanja projekta. Nakon prezentacije projekta u Luxem-burgu, međunarodni investitori i kreditori su izrazili veliki interesza Rega projekat ali i za rad organizacije Partner. Partneru je, kaojednom od finalista, Certifikat o postignuću uručila lično VelikaVojvotkinja od Luksemburga. Ovo priznanje je još jedna potvrdakvaliteta projekta koji pomaže ruralni razvoj.

    Voćko projekat se implementira u suradnji sa USAID-om a iniciran jekrajem 2008. godine. Projekat ruralnog razvoja usmjeren na poticanjeproizvodnje jagodičastog voća „Voćko“ se sastoji od robnog kredita zasadnice, sistema za navodnjavanje te ostalog repromaterijala, neop-hodnog za uspješnu proizvodnju jagodastog voća. Prednost ovog pro-jekta je u tome što je svim korisnicima kredita Voćko na raspolaganjubesplatna tehnička pomoć četiri agronoma, uposlenika Partnera. Teh-nička pomoć se sastoji od pomoći pri testiranju zemljišta, savjetovanjapri sadnji, zaštiti sadnica i redovnim posjetama na terenu. Cijeli pro-jekat je zaokružen obezbijeđenim otkupom voća. Bitno je napomenutida se projekat u cijelosti provodi u skladu sa društveno odgovornimpraksama, počevši od certificiranih sadnica do upotrebe zaštitnih sred-stava koja su u skladu sa evropskim standardima i GAP-om.

    PROJEKAT „REGA“ PARTNER MKF MEĐU TRI NAJBOLJA U SVIJETU

    Partner is elected as one of the finalists for the best project of rural development in 2010, by the European Microfinance PlatformWhen the European Microfinance Platform and the Grand Duchy ofLuxembourg announced an invitation for submission of projects forthe third European award in the field of microfinance, Partner submit-ted loan product „Fruity“. The purpose of the award, symbolically called“Value Chain Finance” focuses and stimulates initiatives that representmilestones in the change in the value chain and financial operations.Value chain refers to rural development projects that integrate the fi-nancing of business activities, production and placement of products.

    Among the 36 financial institutions around the world who have senttheir applications for this prestigious award, Partner’s project was cho-sen among the three projects that were included in the shortlist. Asone of the finalists Partner had the opportunity to send a representa-tive to present the project at the conference. After the presentation ofthe project in Luxembourg, international investors and lenders haveexpressed great interest in REGA project but also for Partner itself. Asone of the finalists Partner received Certificate of Achievement pre-sented by the Grand Duchess of Luxembourg.  This award is anotherconfirmation of the quality of the project assisting rural development.

    Fruity project is being implemented in collaboration with USAID andis initiated in late 2008. The rural development project, which aimsat stimulating the production of soft berries, consists of commodityloan for seedlings, irrigation system and other raw materials, essentialfor successful production of soft fruits.  The advantage of this projectis that all the borrowers under Fruity project have free technical as-sistance by four agronomists, Partner’s employees.  Technical assis-tance consists of soil analysis, counseling for planting, seedlingsprotection and regular visits to the field.  The entire project is com-pleted by placement of produced soft fruit. It is very important thatthe project is fully implemented in accordance with socially respon-sible practices, ranging from certified plants to use protective equip-ment that are in line with European standards and GAP.

    U 2010. Partner je krenuo sa novom nagradnom igrom koja za ciljima povećati urednost plaćanja, promet na blagajnama PartnerMKF i nagraditi klijente sa urednom otplatom. Glavna nagrada jebila automobil Chevrolet Spark. Nagradna igra je bila organizovanau blagajnama kreditnih transakcija Partnera ili u 15 organizacionihdijelova: Banja Luka, Bijeljina, Brčko, Sarajevo, Doboj, Gračanica,Gradačac, Jelah, Kalesija, Lukavac, Srebrenik, Tuzla I i II, Zenica iŽivinice.

    Izvlačenje sretnih dobitnika u okviru nagradne igre: „Na vrijemeratu plati i Sparkom se vrati“ je organizovano 15. decembra 2010.godine u Centralnom uredu u Tuzli. Snimak izvlačenja je emitovanna odabranim televizijskim stanicama.

    Glavna nagrada je uručena klijentici u prostorijama Grand auta,dok su ostale nagrade distribuirane klijentima na njihove kućneadrese.

    Announcing the lucky winners of the prize: “Pay on time and geta Spark in lime” was organized on December 15th, 2010 in theCentral Office in Tuzla. The award draw was pre-recorded and willbe broadcast on selected television stations.

    The award giving ceremony when the main prize was handed overto the client was held on the premises of Grand auto, while otherprizes are distributed to clients at their home address.

    MicroFinanza je vodeća rejting agencija za mikrokreditne istitucijekoja daje nezavisnu ocjenu kroz obiman paket alata za procjenuinstitucionalnog i socialnog učinka. Agencija, čije je sjedište u Mi-lanu je do sada uradila preko 600 procjena u 63 zemlje svijeta.

    Kako stoji u izvještaju MicroFinanze, Partner MKF pokazuje dru-štvenu odgovornost Upravnog odbora, koji kroz strategiju mena-džmenta pokazuje dobru izbalansiranost između finansijske isocijalne misije. Društvena orijentacija je ugrađena i u program ci-jele organizacije kroz dobru informiranost i znanje osoblja na svimnivoima. Sljedeći koraci Partnera ka unapređenju ispunjavanja so-cijalne misije će biti uvođenje sistema za sistematičnu obradu in-formacija o socijalnom učinku što ima veliki potencijal zaupravljanje društvenim učinkom.

    MicroFinanza Rating, a leading microfinance rating agency, has con-ducted a report in which the social rating grade AA- was assignedto Partner

    MicroFinanza is a leading rating agency for microfinances produc-ing independent rating through a comprehensive package of in-stitutional and performance assessment services. The Agency, withits seat in Milan has so far performed more than 6000 assignmentscarried in 63 countries all over the world.

    As it is stated in MicroFinanza’s report Partner relies on the social com-mitment of the Board of Directors, which together with the top man-agement has been maintaining a well balanced stability betweenthe financial and social mission. The strong social orientation is alsotranslated into a deep buy-in and knowledge among the personnelon all levels. The next steps for Partner to take in order to improvefulfilment of the social mission would be implementation of a systemfor systematically processing of information on social performanceon account of the high potential of information available.

    As a reminder, in 2010, Partner Microcredit Foundation won MFCAward for Excellence in Customer Protection 2010. At the same timePartner was the only organization that fully complied with all sixclients protection principles which were the subject of evaluation:avoidance of over-indebtedness, transparent and responsible pricing,appropriate collections practices, ethical staff behaviour, mechanismsfor redress of grievances and privacy of clients’ data.

    U nastojanju da se u svim sferama poslovanja osigura usklađenostprocesa, pa time i da se postigne kvalitetna revizija, Partner MKF seodlučio poboljšati funkciju interne revizije služeći se međunarodnopriznatim standardom ISO 19011. Iako je riječ o smjernicama zaauditiranje sistema upravljanja kvalitetom i/ili sistema okolinskogupravljanja, primjena ovog standarda predstavlja odličnu podloguza kreiranje osnovnih dokumenata neophodnih za rad internih re-vizora, a kao što su: principi revizije, upravljanje programom re-vizije, izvršavanje revizije kvalitete poslovnog sistema kao ismjernice i kompetencije za revizore.

    Danas, u Partneru između povelje interne revizije, kodeksa in-ternih revizora, okvira za sprovođenje interne revizije i procedura;postoji međusobna povezanost i usklađenost i to ne samo sa ISO19011 već i sa načelima rada revizora.

    Primjenom ovog standarda stvoreno je okruženje u kojem funkcijarevizije na kvalitetan način pokriva glavne principe na kojimapočiva revizorski pristup, a to su: etičnost, fer prezentacija, profe-sionalizam, nepristrasnost i pristup revizije zasnovan načinjenicama. U ovako kreiranom ambijentu stvorene su pret-postavke za dalji razvoj funkcije savremene interne revizije usm-jerene ka stvaranju i osiguranju dodatne vrijednosti poslovanjuPartner MKF.

    IMPLEMENTACIJA ISO 19011 KAO OSNOVE ZA POBOLJŠANJE PROCESA INTERNE REVIZIJE

    In its attempts to ensure harmonization of all business processes,and to achieve a high quality audit, Partner decided to advancethe internal audit function by using an internationally recognizedstandard, ISO 19011. Although these guidelines aim at auditingquality management systems and/or environmental manage-ment systems, implementation of this standard represents an ex-cellent foundation for creating basic documents necessary for thework of internal auditors, such are the principles of auditing, pro-gram management audit, performance audit of the quality of thebusiness system as well as guidelines and competencies for au-ditors.

    Today, there is a mutual connection and coherence between Part-ner’s internal audit charter, internal auditors’ code, the frameworkfor conducting internal audits and procedures, not only by ISO19011 but also with the basic auditors’ principles.

    Applying this standard resulted in creation an environment inwhich the audit function covers the main audit principles suchas: ethics, fair presentation, professionalism, impartiality andaudit approach based on facts. In such an atmosphere the condi-tions for the further development of modern internal audit func-tions are created and directed towards the creation and obtainingof value-added business of Partner MCF.
