Registration of Admission is online. There is no offline registration.

C. General Guidelines:
1. For registration login to our school websitewww.nhpsairoli.com/admission click on Online
Registration, enter all the necessary data and submit. Take a printout of the acknowledgment for
further process.
2. The date & time of interaction/admission will be communicated after remitting the Registration
Fees at the Fees Counter.
3. Presence of both the parents along with the child is mandatory at the time of
interaction/admission.
4. Admissions are subject to vacancy. Registration is not the confirmation of admission.
5. Pre-Primary Section is running in two shifts. Availability of preferred shift is subject to vacancy.
(I Shift: 8.30 am to 11.30 am II Shift: 12.00 noon to 3.00 pm)
6. In case of admission for sibling one must produce the Parent’s Pass.
7. There are no vacancies for Jr.KG and Sr.KG. Any vacancies arising in these Grades/Classes will
be known only in February 2020.
8. Student ID and UDISE Number must be cited in the Original School Leaving Certificate issued
by the previous school (for classes II and above).
9. Any Medical need& Medical issue of child must be informed to Admission Counselling
otherwise parent is responsible for the same.
D. Details of Registration & Admission:
1. Parents/Guardians must submit the printout of the Registration Acknowledgment at the Fee
Counter for remitting Registration Fees and collect the Registration Kit (Brochure, Medical
History Form,School Transport Enquiry Form & Guidelines for Admission).
2. The Registration Acknowledgement must be submitted at the Fees Counter within a day of
online registration.
3. Admissions are done on first come first serve basis only.
4. Confirmation of admission is subject to realization of cheques and submission of duly filled in
Admission Form along with prescribed documents.
E. Admissions for Grades I - VIII: 2020-21
1. Admission for Grade I to VIII for the academic year 2020 – 21 will be subject to vacancies.
2. The process of admission will begin in February/March 2020 depending on the vacancies.
3. There are no admissions in Grade IX and X. Incase of any vacancy in Grade X, the admission
must be approved by the CBSE Regional Office.
F. School Fees:
1. Fee structure is put up on the School Notice Board.
2. Fees can be paid through local cheques or draft. Fee paid through cheques is subject to
realization.
3. Details to be written on the cheque will be given at the time of admission.
4. Dishonored cheques would lead to cancellation of admission.
5. Fees once paid are non-refundable.
G. School Transport:
1. Parents must fill up the School Transport Form if they opt for School Bus Facility for their
ward/s.
2. For the details of bus route and School Transport Fees one must contact the School Transport
Department on the ground floor.

Online Procedure for Registration 2020-2021
• Go to our website https://www.nhpsairoli.com
• Click on Admission Tab
• Click on “Click here to register.”
• Click on “Step-1 New Registration.”
• Select Grade from drop down menu.
• Enter the Date of Birth of your Child.
• Select the relationship from the drop down (Father/Mother/Guardian).
• Enter the Mobile number. This will be the primary contact number.
• Click on Send OTP. Enter OTP and click on Verify & Proceed.
STEP-1 (PERSONAL DETAIL): Please fill the Pupil’s Detail, Social Detail and
Residential address of the Student.
STEP-2 (GUARDIAN DETAIL): Please fill Father’s Detail, Mother’s Detail and
Guardian detail.
STEP-3 (UPLOAD DOCUMENTS): Upload the documents of the student (Scanned
copy of Birth Certificate, Previous year’s report card.)
• After submitting the Registration form, Registration ID and password will be
displayed. Registration details will also be sent on parents registered Email ID and
Mobile No.
• Take print of the Registration form by clicking on Print Registration.
• Take print of the Registration form by clicking on Print Registration.
• Please carry the printed copy of the Registration form to the school for completing
the Registration.
Note: It is mandatory to complete the registration process from admission office.
Online Procedure for Admission 2020-21
• Once the Registration process is completed, please go to the school website and
click on Admission.
• Click on “Click Here to Register.”
• Click on “Step 2 New Admission.”
• Enter Registration ID and Password as mentioned in the Registration form and
click on Login.
• Fill all the mandatory details, upload student’s photo, birth / other certificates,
Medical records and click on submit.
• Please take the print of the Admission form by clicking on Print Admission.
• Please carry the printed copy of Admission form to the school along with
mandatory documents i.e. Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate & Previous year’s
report card etc. to complete the Admission process.
Note-Email confirmation will be sent on completion of Admission Process.
