case stUDy: linden homes - Brand developmentwe helped galliford try homes unify their five regional companies under one banner - linden homes. the project included developing a brand positioning as well as creating a comprehensive set of Brand standards to ensure consistency.
Galliford Try Homes had previously operated under five regional brands. Unifying under one banner would allow them to expand their size and scope of operation, without significant increase in overhead or infrastructure.
The new logo was designed to reflect the parent brand whilst being clean and simple for application onto all relevant communication materials.
The web site was reskinned and relaunched on the day of the public announcement.
We conducted a series of internal communication roadshows to ensure the whole Linden Homes team understood the reasons and process for the new brand direction.
A comprehensive set of advertising guidelines was created to ensure consistent brand delivery, whilst maintaining the flexibility to deliver targeted and relevant messages to customers
All the Regional Marketing Directors were consulted on a regular basis either directly, or via online meetings. This allowed them to give direct feedback and have influence and input to help ensure that the new brand met their different marketing requirements.
The final output from the project was a comprehensive set of Brand Standards. These are being used by the marketing teams and various agencies to provide a benchmark for the delivery of communication materials across all the regions.
The new identity was applied to all print and signage materials right the way through the Group. This was done in conjunction with a review of systems, process and partner interaction to ensure cost and time savings were delivered at all points of the marketing process.
