Can I use my provisional or trial results to apply for a scholarship?Please note that provisional results will not su�ce for a scholarship provided by the university/ college. You may only apply for the scholarship upon receiving your actual results.

How and where do I apply for a scholarship?You may submit the documents to Student LIFE – Scholarship Unit, located at the North Building (opposite the Galley Cafeteria). When should I apply for a scholarship?Upon the commencement of your respective programme intake, provided you have ful�lled the required documents as stated above.

When is the deadline to apply for a scholarship?This is dependent on the scholarship of your choice. For further information, please refer to our scholarship brochure. In brief, the “Entrance and Continuing Scholarship” deadlines are two (2) weeks after the commencement date of programmes or two (2) weeks from the release of your actual results.

How long does it take for me to know the status of my scholarship application?Upon your respective programme intake, it takes a period of one (1) month for Pre-University/ Diploma/ Professional Accounting/ ADTP courses and two (2) weeks for Degree courses. You can �nd the scholarship o�er letter in your respective iMail which is subject to approval*.

Can I submit the scholarship application form and supporting documents in the form of an e-mail or scan copy?Please note that submission of document is only allowed in hardcopy.

Will I get my scholarship o�er letter in hardcopy?Please note that all scholarship o�er letter will be sent to your respective iMail in soft copy.

What if I am unable to locate the o�er letter in my iMail? Please ensure that you have checked your iMail thoroughly. You may type ‘scholarship’ in the available search bar for an easier search. If you are still unable to locate the o�er letter email, please proceed to Student LIFE so that we may assist you on retrieving your scholarship o�er letter.

Can I apply for scholarship if my highest quali�cation certi�cate date is more than one (1) year from the date of application?Please note that academic certi�cate validity is one (1) year prior to joining Sunway University/ Sunway College(KL).
