Note: A report was discussed on Newstalk this a.m. which showed that women on averages get 17% less than men for doing the same job. Another part
of the report showed that women lived longer. Each time the matter of the deferential between women and men’s pay was mentioned Ivan said words
to the effect that ah sure women live longer. In the final slot of the programme he repeated this and added that they live longer to nag us. I found this
most offensive.
