is an alternative energy company designed to provide systems that help protect the environment from
harmful carbon emissions.
Bowe Home
Systems
Bowe Construction Company, Bowe realty LLc., and Bowe Corporation Machine Shop is proud to present the new age of alternative energy. Our companies will work in cooperation with Eaton Electrical, in order to develop new and more affordable energy alternatives. In the processes of our company’s investigations we will be offering hydrogen technology, new low cost electrical opportunities, the refining of common household waste materials into usable energy sources like methane generated from sewage and other bio waste products. In addition to these alternatives we will also integrate wind, solar and perpetual motion devices. Water purification and steam generation will also be integrated into our new emissions reclaiming incineration units. Ionic air and water purification and green house gas technology will also be a part of our company’s portfolio. Unit design and sizing will vary according to the application size, ranging from small household applications to large industrial models. Financing and maintenance plans will also be offered.
Any time that water is in motion it has a potential to generate power

I. Mission statement
To provide affordable adaptable alternative systems that will work for any situation in any home.
II. Product and services
Bowe Home Systems will develop a prototype model to begin with, one model for a display
model located in Laredo Missouri, Unit sizing and ratings will be adapted to each individual
situation in order to gain maximum efficiency out of each unit.
The sky is the limit, or is it? Growth is only limited by our own understanding of what is
available and needs to be done in order to protect our already polluted environment. Technology
has come a long way in this age of information and it is time that some of it needs to be applied
to the improvement of society. Narrow minded thinking only stands to hold us in a rut that is
going to destroy our environment and keep the money in the hands of rich hoarders. Bowe Home
Systems hopes to change some of this by making the systems somewhat self maintaining and
educating the customer on how to do some of the simpler maintenance operations.
Potential energy is on the horizon of our understanding of how to more efficiently harness
some of its true potentials. The ancient Assyrians in the 10th century BC used biogas to heat their
bath water and was also used by Persia in the 16th century. This is a potential energy that is not
used near enough and by wasting the potential energy of natural gasses we are contributing to
![Page 4: New Business Plan](https://reader036.fdocuments.us/reader036/viewer/2022071910/55ce2b6fbb61ebbf528b469b/html5/thumbnails/4.jpg)

greenhouse emissions that are harmful to our environment. With the ever-growing world
population this is a major focus issue for our companies.
III. Industry and competition
Is anybody tired of paying monthly bills to large corporations? I am in the process of designing a
unit that will give meaning to off of the grid living. I realize that water isn’t as high in some
towns as it is in Laredo but just ask anybody here if they have had enough of it and the answer is
the same. Some people are paying up to $200 a month. Ridiculous isn’t it? Water in the well that
we are installing in for the prototype model will carry motion like a flywheel and help create
pressure to feed the system. This is just a small part of my plan though. The only bill that I intend
to have when I get done is a phone bill. Electrical energy alternatives have been suppressed long
enough. There is a better way to generate power than polluting the environment with carbon
emissions from fossil fuels. Solar and wind isn’t the complete solution either. My intention is to
blend several adaptable technologies including wind and solar along with hydrogen, which I am
already using at the present time, gasification to reclaim emissions and other combustible
materials in order to make a low maintenance unit that will be somewhat self sustaining. This is
how we plan to gain our competitive advantage. Pure water, radiant water heating and ground
source cooling capacity will blend into the unit to make a well rounded system. I realize that this
is a very complex plan but I have gained a lot of support in the last few months not only from
individual home owners that are tired of the monthly bills also from qualified individuals that
can help make it happen. Comments and rebuttals are welcome. Stock options will be soon
opening up. Financial or moral support will be welcome. This is not 0 point energy or over unity
technology which we are currently investigating.

IV. Marketing strategy
Marketing is an important aspect of any new concept, and since it takes a little time for society to
adapt to change marketing will be approached in a delicate manor in order to let it settle in on the
customer in a non threatening manor. The four “P”s of marketing product, price, place, and
promotion are equally important for the marketing mix. Each of these factors will be approached
by common consensus among investors and customer input. Each respective department will
have information to performance reports and updated technology both, financially, and
mechanically in order to stay on the cutting edge of new advancements.
Prices are set as a basis of measure to be adapted as the development process is perfected. All
prices are subject to change at any given moment and are to be monitored by all appropriate
personnel in order to develop a feasible and marketable model.
Educational program
Social engineering is an ongoing problem hat has been handed down throughout history. Social
engineering is also almost a forbidden subject with some people as is perpetual motion. For this
reason these issues will be at the front of the promotional forefront of the sales agenda. In order
to open the minds of the public and get these individuals to quit denying the fact that the
problems can be solved, so we will pay close attention to what the public wants for alternatives.
Narrow minded denials will be dealt with within employees harshly and promptly. An open mind
towards investigation of what is possible will be rewarded and encouraged in order to weed out
the feasible options and keep some of the others on the back burner but not forgotten. In order to
be able to educate the public on how to adapt to a whole new technology it will require open
minded employees. Adapting to a new way of life can be a little nerve racking at times and
![Page 6: New Business Plan](https://reader036.fdocuments.us/reader036/viewer/2022071910/55ce2b6fbb61ebbf528b469b/html5/thumbnails/6.jpg)

setting a curriculum that will help the public to adapt will be an essential part of the sales
program of Bowe Home Systems. Education will be handled by the owners and the sales
manager, who will be well trained in adaptability.
V. Marketing strategy
Product-
Due to the complexity of the concept that our companies will be trying to promote, educational
brochures explaining the concepts and how to apply them to daily life will be printed and
distributed for the convenience of the perspective customer.
Price-
Prices will range from a small fifty dollar item to whole houses set up with units at several
different price ranges in order to broaden the market.
Target wattage- $1.00 per watt Current available wattage / $5.00 per watt
Kansas City Power and Light’s power feedback rate, which will help stabilize the cost of
development after the first units are put on line, is $2.00 per kilo watt hour.
Place
The Laredo Missouri area will be the main area for the development of the unit’s nut the
Creighton Missouri area will be a secondary development area.
Promotion
Promotion is an important part of any business but will be kept minimal at the beginning of the
development of this business and instated as the processes are perfected. Business cards and
fliers will be the beginning promotional tools and will progress into larger promotional methods
![Page 7: New Business Plan](https://reader036.fdocuments.us/reader036/viewer/2022071910/55ce2b6fbb61ebbf528b469b/html5/thumbnails/7.jpg)

as the company expands. Public relations speeches and booth promotions will be added at a later
date and newspaper ads and possibly television and internet adds to be added later.
The goal of our company is to gain patent rights and franchise dealerships, and blend suppressed
technology that is common knowledge to the best of our advantage to benefit all of society in the
long run.
Product
Safety is a priority that will be controlled by program logic control. As NASA found out with
two shuttle accidents the programs that are complex can’t be pushed to the limit without
repercussions. We intend to implement fail safe shutdown and reorganization procedures into our
systems. This means that if one part of the system should fail it will automatically shut it down
and use another part of the system to get its power so that it can keep running while repairs are
done to the malfunctioning part of the system. Nobody likes power outages or polluted water as
happens when natural disasters occur. Our systems will be designed to warn of these situations
and automatically correct some of them in order to keep running and generating through the
worst of times. The product will not be released to the open market, with the exception of a few
beginning models to potential future employees until the bugs are worked out of the systems.
Suppliers
Most of the supplies for the development will be provided by our already established companies
out of excess material with the exception of a few electrical controls and larger pieces like the
generator motor which will be bought used. After the system is developed and a marketable
model has been developed the supplies will be purchased from the highest quality supplier that is
available at the time.
![Page 8: New Business Plan](https://reader036.fdocuments.us/reader036/viewer/2022071910/55ce2b6fbb61ebbf528b469b/html5/thumbnails/8.jpg)

Distribution
Distribution will be handled internally at first by existing members of the company and later by a
sales representative who will be hired after development completion.
VI. Operational plan
Because our companies are already established and are merging operations due to the present
economical situation production operations will be treated like chapter 11 bankruptcy
restructuring. Bowe Corporation machine shop LLC will be the eventual factory for building of
the units, and Bowe Construction Company along with Eaton Electrical will handle insolation
and maintenance. Most of the equipment that is needed is already owned by our cooperative
companies. Some press dies may need to be made in the future and will be handled by Bowe
Corporation Machine Shop. Supplies will be purchased as the demand increases. New
technology is on the horizon and my personal education plan will be based on the development
of this project. I will take a break from education for 6 months in order to start the development
process and then take electronics classes in order to enhance our cooperative knowledge.
VII. Management
Bowe realty LLC is a 3 way ownership between Charles, James, and Edd Bowe
Bowe Construction Company is owned by Charles P Bowe
Bowe Corporation Machine Shop is owned by James L Bowe
Eaton Electric is owned by Terry Eaton
Accounting will be handled by our existing accountants and tax advisors
![Page 9: New Business Plan](https://reader036.fdocuments.us/reader036/viewer/2022071910/55ce2b6fbb61ebbf528b469b/html5/thumbnails/9.jpg)

Patent right research will be done over the next 6 months in order to keep our companies within
legal standards. Public liability insurance will be carried out before the first model is sold to the
public.
Public reviews and suggestion reports will be handed to the engineering, scientific, and
marketing departments for review monthly.
Management board-peer reviews which lead to point systems that regulate an employee’s status,
including board members. Final dispute stand offs to be decided by owners of the leading
companies.
Peer reviews are to be mandatory and done annually upon the beginning years of the company
and becoming monthly and weekly as the company develops. Selection will be taken in order
from the listing of employees and be spaced out over the year according to the number of
employees. There will also be two makeup days scheduled within the year that will account for
employees that have been skipped or looked over due to special circumstance.
Policy changes will be reviewed by the board of directors as needed and approved by leading
owners.
Personnel job descriptions
Although Chief executive, financial officer and engineering development responsibilities are
mentioned in the executive summary these responsibilities will be shared by the three company
owners and overseen by a board of directors after the company sells its first public models. One
sales representative will be hired after the first few models are sold to the public. This is stated in
![Page 10: New Business Plan](https://reader036.fdocuments.us/reader036/viewer/2022071910/55ce2b6fbb61ebbf528b469b/html5/thumbnails/10.jpg)

this manor so that no one individual will have to much control over operations without approval
of other members.
Thermal control-Electronic temperature controls will be adapted to the system to maintain a
constant temperature demand balance. The system will draw most of its heat in the summer from
the green house affect and only intermittently run the incinerator when needed.
Using natural gas and hydrogen to light the incinerator and then switching over to used oil and
waste product from the second stage of the digestion compost blending process will help keep
efficiency up to peak standards.
Waste product can range from household garbage to grass clippings, used tires, wood or brush
chippings, to corn or bean stubble, wheat straw, hay, or any other flammable material available.
VIII. Financial
Development of this company will be considered secondary to our already existing companies
and will not be expected to profit for the first two years. Within these two years the first models
will only be released to internal members of the companies for close monitoring. The target
release date for the first public model will be November-25-2013 “Black Friday” the largest

Performance
Internal threats-Theft, fraud, mismanagement, inefficiency
Theft will not be tolerated on any level and will be dealt with by immediate termination. Fraud will have the same repercussion along with any legal repercussions that are necessary.
Management will have peer reviews in order to prevent mismanagement. Conflicting ideas will be brought to the board’s attention for discussion and to be voted on as to how to deal with each individual problem.
Since efficiency is the key target of Bowe Home Systems it will be under constant review by all employees and all suggestions will have their just reviews.
External threats- Theft, fraud, weather, economy,
Variables
1-Use of realty LLC funds are a possible development option depending on this part of the
companies profit status, and level of commitment to this end of our companies financial interest,
and the standing of the present realty market.
2- Construction company scrap metal fund can be used to help finance the beginning stages of
development material cost.

Perpetual motion is almost a forbidden subject that gets laughed at most of the time but the true
fact is that it does work and just hasn’t been proven to be efficient enough to do anything much
with. What we can learn from it though is that what we do know about it can be applied to other
![Page 14: New Business Plan](https://reader036.fdocuments.us/reader036/viewer/2022071910/55ce2b6fbb61ebbf528b469b/html5/thumbnails/14.jpg)

systems in order to make them more efficient. The flywheel on most motors is proof of this. The
flywheel helps to carry most motors motion until it makes its next cycle. Ten thousand gallons of
water will make a pretty efficient flywheel and also fuel pressure for some of the systems other
functions. The large volume of water will also help with cooling in the summer as does a ground
source heat pump.
