The story of Produce Candles is one of passion and curiosity. Founder and farmers’ market enthusiast, Beau Burdette, began travelling to farmers’ markets in the Southeast USA, becoming influenced by the sights, sounds and smells in the market place. This ‘candle farmer’ was fascinated by the diversity of produce and decided to re-create the experience with Produce Candles.

DOG CARDS

NEST TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALEOpening Orders: All new customers must complete a new account form prior to the initial order being shipped.

Terms: opening Orders are shipped C.O.D., certified cheque or credit card payment at time of shipping. After two orders, terms can be established by filling out a credit application. Please contact our office or your Nest representative to receive the proper form. We accept both Visa and Mastercard. Terms for all customers with dishonoured cheques will revert to C.O.D. certified cheque or credit card payment for a one year period. Should you wish to apply and receive terms, payment is by cheque, email/bank transfer only.

Minimum Order: The minimum opening order is $500.00. Minimum re-order is $150.00.

Back orders: All back orders for less than $150.00 will automatically be cancelled. Orders placed for new lines pending arrival will be held until arrival of product. Customers may request a split shipment and regular freight terms will apply to each portion.

Split cases: Goods must be ordered in full cases or displays.

Shipping: Orders are shipped by Fedex for small parcels or LTL for heavy or larger pallet orders. A fixed freight/handling charge of 3% of the invoice value on orders over $1000.00 will be applied to all orders shipped to the ten provinces in Canada. Inside delivery charges on pallet shipments will be applied to those customers who require the use of inside delivery. Nest reserves the right to select the most economical method of shipment. Full freight charges will apply to orders under $1000.00.

Damages/Discrepancies: Any issues concerning the condition of merchandise received must be reported to head office within 10 days of receipt of goods. No claims received after 10 days will be permitted.

Inventory Control: It is the responsibility of the retailer to maintain proper inventory control and to rotate product on their shelves. Goods are not supplied on a guaranteed sale or return basis.

Prices and case sizes are subject to change without notice.

PRE-BOOK TERMS AND DISCOUNTS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:1. Orders greater than $1500, *Free Freight2. Orders greater than $2500, *Free Freight Net 45

3. Orders greater than $4000, *Free Freight Net 60 + Priority Shipping

*Free freight shipping terms include delivery from Dove Tale Collections to the customer’s door. Due to the weight and size of some orders over $1,000, palletized shipping may be required. For locations where a receiving dock to receive pallets is not present, palletized shipments will be delivered to the customer’s door. Inside delivery of palletized shipments for customers without a receiving dock is available from the delivery company for a charge of $35.00. Should you have any questions regarding these shipping terms, please contact Dove Tale Collections or your Dove Tale salesperson.
