Q: Can I buy this product by itself?A: No, NeriumAD Age-Defying Day Cream is meant to complement our flagship product, NeriumAD Age-Defying Treatment, which is used at night. Starting in September, new Preferred Customers and Brand Partners will have the option of purchasing either the NeriumAD Age-Defying Treatment ADO or the 24-hour experience, with both the night treatment and day cream. Current Brand Partners and Preferred Customers can opt-in to upgrade their ADO to include the day cream now. As soon as it becomes available, it will start shipping with your regular ADO. However, once you have added the day cream to your ADO, you can also order single bottles of the day cream from your Online Business Center.
Q: What is the volume associated with this product?A: Retail purchase: $55 (QV 55, CV 49). ADO order: $40 (QV 40, CV 36)!
Q: How does this affect the Product Prospecting System (PPS)?A: NeriumAD Age-Defying Treatment is still our lead product with the most concentrated amount of NAE-8 antioxidant extract. You should continue to implement the PPS with NeriumAD Age-Defying Treatment.
Q: Are there samples of NeriumAD Age-Defying Day Cream?A: No, we do not currently offer samples of NeriumAD Age-Defying Day Cream.
Q: How does this product affect the 3UR Free and Nerium Gives Back programs?A: These programs were designed specifically around our lead product, NeriumAD Age-Defying Treatment. As such, the day cream does not qualify for 3UR Free or Nerium Gives Back. Therefore, the addition of the day cream will not impact these programs in any way.
Q: Why is there no SPF in NeriumAD Age-Defying Day Cream?A: Nerium’s mission continues to be focused on science-based products that are effective and are compatible with the largest section of people (all ages, demographics, and skin types). All of these factors affect how much sun protection you need. Therefore, to make one product that would work for everyone, we decided to not include SPF. Also, in following leading research, we believe that for full protection from the sun it is in our users’ best interest to use a dedicated sunscreen, which provides the most thorough sun protection.
