INTRODUCTION

Neon & Co was Born in Melbourne in 2013. Our objective has always been to formulate hair care products of the finest quality; we search worldwide to source plant-based and active-made ingredients and use only those with a proven record of safety and efficacy. We are a family run business leading the way for choice at an afforadable level with the end user in mind.

We started with a problem of how to keep our Fashion-Forward modeling clients satisfied and get value for money, by way of:

1. Maintaining their hair between visits

2. Long lasting blow dry

3. Minimizing hair damage

4. Cut drying time also (via glycolic acids)

Our clients mostly models are delighted with the results. They now have a trusted system of products that help attain a perfect and longer lasting blow dry, while providing flexibility and promoting hair growth.

RESEARCH AND EXPERIENCE

Deb Pereira is the owner and founder of cult brand Neon & Co. She has a wealth of knowledge comprising 34 years of expertise in the hair industry.

Inspired by the wellness and skincare industries, Deb wanted to develop a unique range of professional quality products that work from the inside out, keeping hair in its most balanced state. We worked closely with Oscar Bioactive and trialled the effects of glycolic acids. We identified that glycolic acid improved the health of the scalp and the condition of hair, while also promoting new hair growth. After three years of extensive research and testing, underpinned by the same technology used in leading skincare research today, Neon & Co. was launched in 2013.

PRODUCT POINT OF DIFFERENCE IN THE MARKETPLACE

Neon & Co is a signature line of hair and skincare products that promise to prolong the length of your blow dry and stimulate cellular turnover. The product range is the ultimate foundation that helps attain a perfect and longer lasting blow-dry while providing flexibility and promoting hair growth.

The products contain glycolic acids that penetrate and restructure the hair shaft resulting in healthier, weightless hair with a longer life span between washes. Our core ingredient glycolic acid penetrates the hair shaft, which attaches to the keratin, making hair manageable by restructuring the cuticle, giving it a healthy appearance. All products are infused with natural oils including almond, macadamia, kakadu plum and grape seed, which are high in vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants to nourish and protect hair.

The secret to our success is social media we have decided to forgo traditional advertising and instead launched a targeted social media campaign.

The Neon & Co marketing strategy will begin with the end user being able to purchase from quality resellers and an online store.

Using social media as our advertising medium, we drive consumers to quality resellers via Instagram, Facebook, and Bellabox.

Our social media influencers promote Neon & Co products- we achieve this by ‘gifting’ the product to social media influencers and celebrities. Capitalizing on ‘selfie-powered marketing’ via social media to promote the product. Marketing and social media staff develop creative campaigns to encourage selfie-powered marketing from our community, as demonstrated by photos.

This marketing strategy builds a brand relationship with the community of consumers - leading to greater brand equity and loyalty. Efficient use of hashtags and other tools are incorporated into the marketing strategy.

Social Media allow us to communicate with the consumers directly through engaging content. We have 100% control over the way our brand is perceived. We have learned that we cannot capture loyalty from customers by relying on the quality of product only.

To make this business model worthwhile, we depend on an in-depth understanding of clients and their trends. We find talking to our customers we see information on how customers like to shop and what is relevant to their decisions in purchasing products.

Multi-distribution channels are selected hair & beauty online stores and a few quality resellers.

Purchasing with Neon & CoOrders can be placed on items subject to sale and delivered within 14 working days of placing an order.

Minimum Order First time minimum order will be no less than the 72 units of any amount of items: Trading terms for first order are to pay 50% up front and 50% balance in 14 working days.
