OUR NEIGHBORHOOD CONTINUES TO EVOLVE & GROW

The Neighborhood Launch VisionNeighborhood Launch is the vision of Columbus developer Jeff Edwards who wanted to bring a chic and hip urban neighborhood to downtown Columbus. The masterplan for Neighborhood Launch encompasses nine city blocks of underutilized space that will be transformed into a neighborhood of brownstone style condominium homes and apartments comprised of townhomes, flats and bridge lofts. Amenities include garage parking, personal green spaces, tree-lined boulevards, miles of wrought-iron fencing, and seven parks with water-features.

Tax AbatementTired of paying those high taxes? Neighborhood Launch offers a 75%, ten-year real estate tax abatement, saving you thousands of dollars per year.

Why Live Downtown: Save Time Energy & MoneyAsk any of our residents and to share the benefits they have found making the move downtown:• Shorter commute means more time to spend on hobbies, cooking, relaxing and socializing.• Driving your car less means you save gas.• Right-sizing your residence reduces your energy bills.• More leisure time with less yard work and home maintenance.• Finally, save money by simplifying your life.

With new Apartments, a Community Center and more CondosFinding TimeHere is a sampling of paintings created by members of the Central Ohio Plein Air that can be found on buildings in the downtown core. As part an initiative by the Columbus Public Art 2012, called Finding Time, members of Central Ohio Plein Air created 24 discrete paintings on buildings in the downtown core. The artworks were painted in the style called plein air, a French term meaning “in open air” which refers to a process in which the artist paints a subject on location. In this case, the artists focused on sites in unexpected downtown locations: side streets, alleys, parking lots, nooks, and crannies. The paintings are meant to be discovered by pedestrians going about their everyday business. The works have been done throughout the year, capturing the city in different seasons.
