Value Education
Note: Moral Science or Value Education cannot be Evaluated thro a set of Question and Answers. The
teacher should understand each chapter and reflect on the issues before it is taught. Std. XI and XII
students can ask very “tricky” questions. At times, these are no real solutions for these dilemmas. A
teacher can make the students to be aware and find their own answers too. The Teacher should handle
them delicately. Instead of rushing thru the syllabus, the teacher should deal with a few key issues of

each chapter “in depth”, and encourage student to “REFLECT” IPP. The seeds sown now hopefully will
bear fruits when they are mature citizens.
Final aim of value education is formation of a “Good Conscience,” imbibing a sense of “care for others”
and “sensitivity” to fellow humans which is the ultimate test.
