Using MS-EXCEL prepare a project on PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF ICSE 2018 containing the

following details :

Annex I- Names of any 20 students and their marks in the following subjects as shown below:

e. First ranker, Second ranker and Third ranker on the basis of the clause a of Annex II.

In your free time make a market survey by collecting prices of 5 vegetables from the nearby market- over

a fortnight.

Represent the fluctuation in their prices with the help of

i. – Column chart ii. – Line chart

Print or draw the charts in your project files/copy & write the steps, how these charts were drawn.

SEMESTER II

PROJECT I:-

Create a Powerpoint presentation of minimum 10 slides highlighting the activities of various clubs

present in your school. For example, their Names, Aims and Objectives, Plan for the year, Structure of the

club viz, Coordinator(s), President, other members. Significance of each club in preparing students for a

better future, etc.

Print the slides / copy the textual matter of the slides in your project file/copy. Write what animation

features you have added & steps involved in including them.

PROJECT II:-

Make “Precedence of operators list “ of Java. Show the working of the different types of Operators given

below with real examples.

1. Unary operators- Post & pre fix ( ++, - - )

Distribution of Marks.

There will be only two semesters in the academic year from 2017-2018 The first semester is from March to August and the second semester is from September to

February.

Class – 9 Economics : 2 :

There will be theory paper of two hours duration of 100 marks. Internal Assessment/Project work is of 70 marks per semester. Students are required to do a

minimum of two projects per semester as assigned by the teacher (2x35)=70

Three weekly tests of 20 marks each (average of 3 tests)

Class work/Home work – 5 marks Attendance, class participation, discipline etc – 5 marks

QUESTION PATTERN

For Semester Exam Full Marks – 100. Duration: 2hrs

Internal Assessment – 70 marks Weekly Tests – 20 marks. Duration – 30 minutes

1 short answer question: 2x5=10 marks Long answer question: 5x2=10 marks
