About Us Incorporated in Jan-2010 as an entrepreneurial venture by

engineers with 12 + years of hands-on software design and development experience

Neechadi has had a successful stint of 1+ year where-in we would like to attribute our fast growth to executing Top/Sr. Management assignments with our valued clients.

We are in the process of building up a team, setting up different arms of HR verticals and extending our clientele.

We focus on full-time and contractual executive search operating on pan-India level.

Management Team Prashanth Neechadi

Prashanth holds a bachelor degree in E&C engineering. Having worked in various tech- companies for 12+ years in different capacities such as Software Engineer, Architect and Project Manager he comes with a rich blend of engineering and management experience. He has extensive knowledge of Telecom, Datacom, Embedded and Testing domains. Before starting Neechadi TechConsultants he had worked for hi-tech companies like Sasken, Nortel and Agilent.

Aditya Nadig

Adi is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has over six years of diversified experience in the area of Investment Banking and New Business Establishing services. He is serving as corporate consultant for several medium and large sized enterprises in India and GCC region. He is directly involved in forming strategic alliances with financing institutions, creating innovative marketing strategies client projects and institutions, raising capital for establishing new companies and financial institutions, industrial and property development consulting and investing, setting up of companies on turn-key basis, which includes raising capital, obtaining regulatory approvals & licenses and sourcing top management executives and office staff.
