Bibingka is a special rice cake made of rice dough called as GALAPONG.
BIBINGKA BATTERIngredients:
2 tbsp. melted butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup thick coconut milk
1 cup rice
1 cup water
½ refined sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
COOKING BIBINGKAIngredients:

1 packed White cheese
Grated Coconut Butter
4-5 salted eggs
