Entry Process

All submissions must address the specific criteria of the category selected. Judges will assess the nominee’s submission against the criteria for their category. Submissions can be submitted by post or email to the following addresses:

Closing Dates for Entry

The Quarterly Awards which require submissions are due by 7 April, July, October and January for the March, June, September and December Quarter respectively.

The Annual Awards entry submissions will open on 1 December 2014 and must be received by 31 January 2015. Late entries will not be accepted. Please refer to the full terms and conditions.

5 Star OfficeThis award category recognises excellence within a PRDnationwide office and meets the following criteria:

• A Franchisee must be brand compliant in accordance with the latest PRDnationwide Brand Guidelines in all areas of branding including, but not restricted to, office signage, advertising templates and collateral as well as corporate uniforms.

• A Franchisee must be using and embracing a PRDnationwide approved CRM system within their business.

• A Franchisee must use and continually embrace the PRDnationwide Research resources.

Quarterly Individual Property ManagerThe recipient of this award is the Property Manager who possesses exceptional communication and mediation skills, and has demonstrated consistently high levels of service to both their clients and customers. Evidence and recognition of the demonstration of the Property Manager’s mediation skills and outstanding service should be provided in the form of testimonials.

• A Franchisee must ensure regular attendance at PRDnationwide facilitated training events by its staff. In addition, as a minimum, attendance is required by the Franchisee at the Annual Awards Gala Dinner, Zone Meetings and Principal’s Forums.

• A Franchisee must embrace and work to a business and financial plan each financial year.

• A Franchisee must receive regular testimonials from clients in relation to excellent and effective service experiences.

• A Franchisee must have consistently collaborated with other offices and been involved in marketing initiatives and sales activities.

• The 5 Star Office criteria will only apply to offices that have been opened for a period of three years or more.

All offices awarded in this category will receive:

• A 5 Star Accreditation plaque.• Branding of 1000 business cards.• $500 towards travel costs to attend the next

Principals Forum.• $500 towards travel costs to attend the next

Annual Awards Gala Dinner.

Most Outstanding OfficeThe Most Outstanding Franchise Office Award is the PRDnationwide office that focuses on the highest level of real estate professionalism. The culture of the office radiates a strong work ethic, great customer service and a supportive team spirit. This PRDnationwide office is known by its customers for a high level of service and can be shown through the testimonials and loyal clientele.

Most Improved OfficeThe PRDnationwide office to receive this award must have demonstrated an improvement in all areas of the business including an increase of its sales performance, growth in the business and successfully implemented the Sell Smarter brand message.

Auction ListingThis award goes to the office that has undertaken the highest number of auctions for the calendar year.

Exclusive ListingThis award goes to the office that has secured the highest number of exclusive listings for the calendar year.

MarketingThis award goes to the office that has generated the highest dollar amount (gross) of vendor paid contributions for the calendar year.

John Harvey AwardThis award is named in honour of the founder and inaugural chairman of Nationwide Realty, John Harvey, and the PRD founding brothers, Archie and Gordon Douglas. This award is presented to a valued member of the group, recognising their outstanding contributions and service to PRDnationwide and the real estate industry.

Douglas Hall of FameThe recipient/s of this award have completed 10 years of continuous service to PRDnationwide and have displayed tremendous loyalty, exceptional results on a consistent basis and have contributed to the growth and success of the group.

Property Management Team of the YearThe recipients of this award are a Property Management Team who have demonstrated the greatest nett organic growth in the number of properties under management for the calendar year. You will be required to submit the figures showing the number of properties under management at 1 January and the number of properties at 31 December, excluding any properties that have been purchased for the calendar year.

TechnologyThe Technology Award goes to the office that implements new technology platforms in their office and to their customers to ensure that they are leaders in their market place. Examples of this are the use of a PRDnationwide approved CRM system, e-marketing campaigns and utilising corporate PRDnationwide online resources.

Transaction VolumeThis award goes to the office that has generated the highest number of sales transactions for the calendar year.

Top 10 OfficesThe Top 10 Offices are those that have generated the highest commission for the calendar year.

Neville Wilson Rookie of the YearNeville Wilson was one of the first PRDnationwide Principals, and also one of the greatest PRDnationwide ambassadors. He was a courageous and inspiring leader and mentor. He demonstrated great fortitude and vision; and he knew the importance of power and having goals. This award honours Neville’s contribution to the group and is awarded to an individual who is new to real estate sales, (under two years’ service); who has demonstrated commitment, determination, loyalty, and above all, outstanding sales results.

Auction ListingThis award goes to the individual who has undertaken the highest number of auctions for the calendar year.

Exclusive ListingThis award goes to the individual who has undertaken the highest number of exclusive listings for the calendar year.

MarketingThis award goes to the individual who has generated the highest dollar amount (gross) of vendor paid contributions for the calendar year.

Creative MarketingThe recipient of this award has demonstrated exceptional creativity and innovation in relation to a marketing concept or activity whilst adhering to the PRDnationwide brand guidelines. Examples and results of the success of this activity should be provided to support the recipient’s eligibility.

Research MarketingThe recipient of this award has effectively utilised PRDnationwide Research products to develop a successful marketing or promotional campaign that has resulted in either increasing their profile, generating further listings or increased sales results.

Property Manager of the YearThis award recognises excellence in Property Management to an individual. The individual does not need to have the most significant volume or value, but can provide evidence of management achievement and outstanding service to tenants and lessors.

Outstanding Support Service Person of the YearAwarded to an individual who has demonstrated exceptional service, and has been recognised by their peers, their customers and their management on a consistent basis. The application of service includes a genuine passion for the business, the capacity to manage enquiries and excellent communication skills. The recipient of this award is not a salesperson and has completed a minimum of two years of service. Evidence and recognition of the demonstration of outstanding service should be provided in the form of testimonials.

Colliers International CollaborationThis award goes to the individual who displays a strong referral partnership between PRDnationwide and Colliers International. This can be showcased through referrals for the calendar year that emphasise collaboration, building and strengthening of relationships that are beneficial to both PRDnationwide and Colliers International.

Transaction VolumeThis award goes to an individual who has generated the highest number of sales transactions for the calendar year.

Top 10 Sales People of the YearThe top ten Sales People are those that have generated the highest gross commissions for the calendar year.

Top 5 Principals of the YearThe top five Principals are the active selling owners of an office that have generated the highest gross commissions for the calendar year.

Longevity (10 years, 15 years, 20 years)• Ten years of continued service.• Fifteen years of continued service.• Twenty years of continued service.

Team 400Team 400 recognises high performing sales people who are on target for settled commissions of over $400,000 for the calendar year. An exclusive invitation will be sent directly to these exceptional sales performers to attend a PRDnationwide organised training and recognition event.

PlatinumAwarded to sales individuals who have reached the sales target of $650,000 and over Gross Commissions or 100 transactions for the calendar year. All Platinum and Diamond winners will be awarded:

• 500 business cards.• $250 voucher to be used for online

merchandise store.• 1 complimentary (PRDnationwide organised)

training session of their choice.

DiamondAwarded when the individual has reached Platinum level for the second consecutive year. The winners of this category will be awarded the prizes as listed under the Platinum category.

High AltitudeAwarded to an individual who has reached in excess of one million dollars in Gross Commissions for the calendar year. Each award winner will receive:

• 1000 business cards.• $250 voucher to be used for the online

merchandise store.• 1 complimentary (PRDnationwide organised)

training session of their choice.• Engraved pen.

General

1. Applications open for the Annual Awards categories on 1 December and

close on 31 January.

2. Applications received outside of this period for the Annual Awards will not

be accepted under any circumstances.

3. For the Quarterly Salesperson Awards this award must be an individual.

4. For the Marketing Award you may be requested to submit supporting

financial evidence, such as invoices.

5. All prize money quoted is GST inclusive.

6. Prizes will not be transferred to the following year and cannot be

exchanged for cash.

7. If no submissions are received for an awards category or submissions that

are sent are not deemed suitable then no award will be granted.

8. All longevity recipients must be submitted in writing to [email protected]

9. PRDnationwide reserves its right to withhold the production and

presentation of office and salespersons awards, if franchise fees for the

previous calendar year are outstanding at 1 February in the current year.

Terms & Conditions

5 Star Office

1. PRDnationwide reserves the right to withdraw the 5 Star Accreditation from an

office if any of the criteria is not consistently complied with.

2. An office will only receive 5 Star Accreditation benefits in their first year of

qualification.

3. PRDnationwide will provide all Principals and sales staff with 1,000 business

cards each.

4. Travel arrangements will be booked by the office, and will be applied as a credit

to the office, upon receipt of costs incurred.

5. Travel costs are not redeemable for cash.

6. All costs are inclusive of GST.

7. Travel costs (valid up to $500 including GST) to attend the Annual Awards Gala

Dinner will apply for the following year, after recognition and receipt of the 5 Star

Accreditation.

8. 5 Star Accreditation applies from 1 January to 31 December, with recognition

announced at the Annual Awards Gala Dinner.
