NARRATIVE RELATED TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF E-HEALTH Utilization of E-health in Surabaya Surabaya is Indonesia's second largest city with a population of 2.83182 million. Surabaya City is located in a strategic area that Surabaya can be easily reached by land, air and sea. With the strategic position make Surabaya as a trading center with a high level of mobility so that people living in Surabaya during the day reaching 5 Million People. Similarly, in the health sector, in addition to providing better health services to the population and outside the city of Surabaya citizens who perform activities in Surabaya also be a reference to health for eastern Indonesia. As one effort to improve the ease of public access to health facilities developed an integrated application known as eHealth. eHealth is an integrated system between health centers with System Information Systems and Population Information System. System integration services in health centers with primary health-care system on a hospital referral system embodied in the online reference. With the online referral system, in addition to reducing the waiting time of patients admitted to the Hospital also allows the doctor can determine the patient's medical resumes so as to give a decision appropriate action for the patient. Integration with useful demographic information systems as a single identity to resume patient medical and utilization eKTP as one card pass for access to health services. Integration with demographic data belonging to the Surabaya City Government was also used for the provision of online patient registration facility that can be accessed from any location connected to the internet through ehealth.surabaya.go.id/pendaftaran address. In accordance with the characteristics of the population of the city of Surabaya with the language of daily life, in these facilities are provided 3 of language services, namely Indonesian, Javanese and Madurese language. To facilitate public access, the City Government Service Kiosk integrated facilities in which there are features of eHealth throughout the village and sub- district in the city of Surabaya.
