Daily weight indicator- discussion needed with staff to learn if an indicator for daily weight would be a useful tool on multiple units. This has been requested by 8 north to meet a need. Do others need a reminder for patient weights. It quickly becomes complex because of individual patient requirements and variable unit standards. It requires work by technical teams and prioritization dependent on the number of users for whom it would be applicable.
Revisit in order to get feedback from units
No indicator needed
Will continue to use OPC

Sheree Lee met with her group and came up with a suggestion for the turn/reposition documentation
Our decision was Side to side movement >1 x/hr Side to side would mean the patient was on a different body part. This is to describe children who are restless and in motion and adults that are turning back in forth in bed when restless
Revisit in order to give feedback from Sheree Lee adding unassisted to above phrase
Everyone is in agreement with add the word unassisted to the description.

Could we have a line in HED Line management under PICC and CVC that says, "Daily Assessment of Need" like we have for foley catheters?
Intentionally not added since the work would land on nursing and it is a provider function to reassess. Foleys are part of a nurse driven protocol and it is appropriate to have the daily assessment of need. Will have to check with Barbara Martin.

Discussion about art line documentation - moving to line management build
Exploring options it is not ready to show
Important to know that all items using the line management method of documenting (hour glass with start and stop fields) MUST be ended. These dates are reported as line days and are skewed with IVs (and other documentation) is not correctly ended in documentation.
Other dashboards shared from starpanel actions menu including vascular access, wound management, and priority problems.
