1 | P a g e CURRICULUM VITAE BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH Dr. Siddhartha Sankar Saha has been associated with Department of Commerce, Morning (Accounting and Finance), St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata, West Bengal since 1998. He did his Post Graduation in commerce from University of Calcutta in 1994 and was qualified NET under UGC IN 1996. Dr. Saha earned his Ph. D in finance, on thesis titled “Role of Merchant Bankers in Corporate Financing (Capital Issue Management) In Indiafrom the University of Calcutta in 2006. With more than two decades of teaching experience, Dr. Saha has taught at undergraduate as well as postgraduate level. He is also associated with Department of Commerce (MBA-Finance), University of Calcutta as well as Professional Institutes including Business Schools during several academic assignments. Dr. Saha has been supervising research scholars under the Department of Commerce, University of Calcutta. BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

Dr. Siddhartha Sankar Saha has been associated with Department of Commerce, Morning

(Accounting and Finance), St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata, West Bengal since

1998. He did his Post Graduation in commerce from University of Calcutta in 1994 and was

qualified NET under UGC IN 1996. Dr. Saha earned his Ph. D in finance, on thesis titled “Role of

Merchant Bankers in Corporate Financing (Capital Issue Management) In India” from the

University of Calcutta in 2006. With more than two decades of teaching experience, Dr. Saha

has taught at undergraduate as well as postgraduate level. He is also associated with

Accounting Issues, California State University, USA. He also attended the said conference in

presenting his research paper. This international visit has been made under UGC Travel Grant

Scheme and Research Grants approved by the St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Calcutta.

Dr. Saha has recently authored four books on finance titled (a) “Indian Financial System and

Markets” published by Mcgraw-Hill Education Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi; (b) “Merchant Banking and

Financial Services” published by Scholar’s Press, Germany; and (c) “Statutory Auditors’ Ethical

Role” published by Scholar’s Press, Germany; and (d) “Statutory Auditors’ Objectivity in

Corporate Accounting Scandals” published by Lambert Academic Publishing, Germany.
