3 – 6 months All Public Law cases allocated within 2 days

6-12 months 70% of Private Law cases are allocated within two weeks

12 months + All Private Law cases are allocated within 5 days

3 – 6 months Raise awareness of all staff of recording expectations

Private Law Development Group for N7

To include: Managers, Practitioners and representatives from key stakeholders such as Police and Courts

Performance Improvement project to ensure effective application, and receipt of checks and other agency information.
