NOTIFICATION

Subject: Delegation of Financial Powers Rules, Tripura, 2017 —Amendment thereof.

1] Short title and commencement:(i) These may be called the ‘Delegation of Financial Powers Rules, Tripura,

2017 (Third Amendment)’.(ii) They shall come into force on and from the date of issue of notification.

2] In pursuance of Clause 3 of Article 166 of the Constitution of India andall power enabling in this behalf and also due to merger of Plan and Non~PlanHeads, the Governor of Tripura is pleased to direct that the followingamendments have been made in the below mentioned Rules under Delegationof Financial Power Rules, Tripura, 2017:
