I am working on Service design methodologies.

Looking at both view points of design andmanagement to use them in a methodology for“Evolving Service Design”, which should be ableto improvise to meet the changing expectationsand unexpected situations that often happen inservice delivery.

I have used some tools and trying to experiencemore of them in my ongoing projects that arenot yet included in this portfolio.

I also try to bring service design into startup-business context by running workshops thatbring people from both fields together.

I designed the “ServiceInnovation workshop” based onmy experience in organizingService jams and the need fordesign startups.I used service design process asthe basis and in the deliveryphase we added business modelcanvas and toolbox as two toolsto make a solid business model.With the help of 2 other keynotespeakers and 3 mentors fromboth design and business fieldsit became real in 25th Sept 2014.

Based on Design Council’sDouble Diamond (Discover,Define, Develop, Deliver) designprocess. I made a helical modelwhich shows the iterative natureof design process andencompasses decision andmeasurement phases in designprocess.We tested this process in ServiceInnovation workshop though wecouldn’t measure keyperformance indicators in our 2day workshop.
