Sinbad or Sindbad Al-Bahri. (a sailor) Fictional sailor and the hero of a story-
cycle of Middle Eastern origin who hails from Basrah, living during the Abbasid Caliphate.

thieves' robberies. Hidden in the cave of Sesame (Sim Sim).

Formally Hatem ibn Abdellah ibn Sa'ad at-Ta'iy was a famous Pre-Islamic Arabian poet. belonging to Ta‘i Arabian tribe.
Stories about his extreme generosity have made him an icon to Arabs up till the present day, as in the proverbial phrase "more generous than Hatem" (Arabic: حاتم من .(أكرم
At-Ta'i lived in Ha'il (Arabian Peninsula). He was mentioned in some Hadiths by Prophet Muhammad(SAWS). He died in 578. He was buried in Toran, Ha'il. The tomb is described in the Arabian Nights.
He travelled to dangerous, distant places to solve seven questions that he faced, in the cause of justice and truth, and to help the poor and the weak.
