Why have Transformation tool?

Not all institutions are ready to submit their course information database for mapping to XCRI.

Not all institutions have a course database, e.g companies having in-house training courses have their descriptions in word documents

Time consuming to carry out the repetitive task of converting each module document into XCRI

• The tool will compare the % semantic similarity between courses or modules

• Musket semantic tool will read the XCRI file ( using Xml 2 OWL application), and output the different owl files of each course.
