MULTIWASH is the best possible solution for all kind of wash-ing processes either after traditional or digital printing orwherever frequent changes of process, article, type of printingor dyestuffs are required.MULTIWASH is dedicated to all those customers looking formax. Production flexibility and reduction of energy costs.

Multiwash is not been designed expressly for continuousbleaching, but it guarantees excellent performance even forthis type of process.

MULTIWASH o novo produto MCS para lavação de tecidos emcorda nasce para acompanhar o mercado de tecidos estampa-dos, que voltou a crescer nos últimos anos com a consolidaçãodo uso das máquinas digitais para estampar.Graças a experiência adquirida em centenas de instalações paralavação de tecidos em corda executadas no mundo inteiro coma máquina “WR soft”, a MCS revisou e aperfeiçoou este tipo demáquina com inovações, visando economias energéticas emaior flexibilidade nos processos de lavação.

MULTIWASH é a solução otimizada para as operações delavação após a estampa, seja estampa tradicional ou estampadigital, na qual são frequentes mudanças no tipo de trabalho,de artigo, de estampa e de corantes utilizados.

A MULTIWASH é apropriada para todos os clientes que procu-ram a máxima flexibilidade produtiva e uma redução dos custosenergéticos. Mesmo que a máquina não foi idealizada para tra-tamentos de alvejamento em contínuo, a MULTIWASH garanteótimos desempenhos também neste tipo de tratamento.


TECHNICAL DATA

1) DWELL TIME MANAGEMENTIn order to adjust the U-box to the technologi-

cal cycles with different dwelltime values, thefabric content is managed via programmingunit. Moreover, to achieve perfect controlover the fabric, each U-box is provided witha load cell.

2) WORKING LEVELS3 working levels are foreseeen; set by pc accor-

ding to be process undertaken. The control of liquorlevel inside the module is by means of a pneumatic probe

at conitnuous reading.

3) SQUEEZER GROUPThe squeezing effect in KG is to be adjusted accordingto the articles to be processed. Such a vlaue, expressed inKG, is set via pc.

4) LIQUOR REFILLING and LEVEL COTNROLEach module is equipped with liquor level control andrefilling of liquor with hot/cold water via independentlitrecounter to ensure maximum flexibility to the techno-logicla cycle chosen.

5) COUNTERFLOWSApart from natural counterflow, forced counterflows andrecirculations by pump are foreseen between the modulesto optimise water consumption according to the technolo-gical cycle to be carried out.

In EACH moudule, at low fabric content, 20washing flows are installed to ensure a very

high exchange of water with the fabric:essential feature in prewashing and rinsingphases. Processing water content is very low(150 lt): this small amount of water ensuresa full recirculation of washing liquor 6 times

in a minute thanks to high delivery rate of therecirculation pump.

The reduced amount of water guarantees a fast andcontrolled refillin of water itself.Such a characteristic is fundamental in case of washing offabrics with numerous shade variations and fabrics withdifferent percentages of coverage or whenever, generallyspeaking, there are risks of fabric contamination.

En CADA módulo con bajo contenido de tejidohay 20 toberas de lavado para tener unintercambio altísimo con el tejido,fundamental en las fases de prelavadoy enjuague. Un contenido mínimo de agua de proceso(150 lt) asegura una recicrculación totaldel mismo durante 6 revoluciones por minutogracias a la alta capacidad de la bombade recirculación.El contenido reducido de agua garantiza unareintegración rápida y controlada de la misma. Esta característica resulta fundamental durante el lavadode variantes de color y cobertura diferentes y donde,generalmente, existe un riesgo de contaminación y/oensuciamiento del fondo.

1) GESTÃO DOS TEMPOS DE PERMANÊNCIAPara adequar o deposito “U box” aos variadosciclos tecnológicos com tempos depermanência diversos, o conteúdo de tecidoneste deposito é gerenciado peloprogramador. Para um perfeito controle,em cada “U box” existe uma célula de carga.

2) NÍVEIS DE TRABALHOEstão previstos 3 (três) níveis de trabalhoselecionáveis no PC conforme o tipo de processoa executar. O gerenciamento do nível do banho no interior domódulo é feito através de uma sonda pneumática com leituracontínua.

3) GRUPOS ESPREMEDORESPara o grupo espremedor é previsto o gerenciamento do valorde espremedura em Kg em função do artigo tratado.

4) REINTEGRAÇÃO DE BANHO E CONTROLE DE NÍVELEm cada módulo é previsto também o controle do nível dobanho e a reintegração com água quente/fria controlada porconta-litros independentes, isto para dar máxima flexibilidadena escolha do ciclo tecnológico a ser executado.

5) FLUXOS CONTRACORRENTEAlém do controle do nível máximo, é previsto também o geren-ciamento das contracorrentes e recirculações forçadas dobanho entre módulos, via bomba, para otimizar o consumo deágua, obedecendo as necessidades do ciclo tecnológico a exe-cutar.

The main use of LAVAPRINT NEXT range is or washingafter printing of a wide range of articles dyed withreactive, disperse, indanthren, vat and acid dyestuffs.Apart from washing after printing, the LAVAPRINT NEXTcan also be employed for relaxation, washing, washingafter Pad-Batch bleaching, washing after Pad-Batchdyeing, washing after caustic soda treatments, etc.

A utilização principal da gama LAVAPRINT NEXT é paratratamentos de lavagem pós-tingimento de diversos tipos deartigos tingidos com corantes reactivos, dispersos, indantreno,corrosivos e ácidos. Além disso a máquina também pode seraplicada para banhos relaxamento, lavagem após branqueamento

semi-contínuo (Pad-Batch), lavagem pós-tingimentosemi-contínuo (Pad-Batch), lavagem apóscausticação.

Relativamente ao desempenho energético da gamaLAVAPRINT NEXT os dados são os seguintes:

Dosing of pure products and water controlin a washing line

The CONT-DOSING system is a system managed by a PCcommunicating with a PLC which can control up to 8 dos-ing pumps and 8 water inlets.Installed dosing pumps are with pneumatic piston at dou-ble effect. Pump control frequency values are calculatedso as to avoid sudden changes in the concentration of thebath.Therefore, the system is fully automatic and the operator’saction is only required when the system asks for the

replacement of empty containers. The microprocessor isenabled to perform either the dosing by pre-set litres orthe dosing of the products as a function of the kilogramsof fabrics entered into the ma-chine.

The main features are:PLC and touch-screen operation panel PCTE.Stainless steel dosing pumps.Back-pressure valves.Line speed detection transducer. Suction from dums system.

CONT-DOSING

Doseamento de produtos puros e verificação de águaem linha de lavagem

O sistema CONT-DOSING é um sistema gerido apartir de um PC em comunicação com um PLC que con-segue comandar 8 bombas doseadoras e controlar 8entradas de água.As bombas doseadoras usadas são do tipo electroma-gnéticas, digitais, de caudal proporcional.

As frequências de controlo das bombas são calculadasde forma a evitar variações súbitas na concentração dobanho.

O sistema é portanto inteiramente automático e limitaa intervenção do operador apenas à substituição dosrecipientes vazios sobre informações do mesmo siste-ma. O microprocessador está habilitado quer para odoseamento de litros programados, quer para o dosea-mento dos produtos em função dos quilogramas detecido introduzidos na máquina.

As principais características são:• PLC e touch-screen pct operador.• Bombas de dosagem de aço.• Válvulas de pressão.• Transdutor de detecção

de linha de velocidade.• A retirada das hastes.
