Test running before bringing a machine into service

Matec Combination LineThe company Matec utilized a great idea for the machining of gear components based on a design of atravelling column machine. The work piece is supplied automatically and clamped in a 4-axis module. Shortmachining operations are performed at the main spindle (with automatic tool changer). Time consumingoperations are machined with four SU-matic 8-spindle multiple spindle heads. As a result, 8+8 M5/M8 minorholes are drilled and tapped in less than 10 seconds.

Test-Center

We developed and produced a5-axis test center to meet demandsfor new machining solutions. Someof the uses are:
