Assembly manual: The long service life and functionality of the box and its correct fixation to the vehicle are stated. For this purpose, we recommend using holders which we deliver to selected types of boxes. Take care to ensure the correct location of the holder (the holder is located from the inside) towards the box so to prevent deformation of the movement of the box. For fixing to the floor or the frame use bolts. The lock must be lubricated 1x in 14 days (we recommend graphite). Items located in the box must have free movement to prevent damage to the cap. Before driving, check that the box is properly closed and locked. In the box in the bottom there must be glued wood which distributes the point loading of the bottom.

Assembly manual: We recommend to secure items in the box against self-movement and to put glued wood on the bottom which ensures the allocation of the load. It is possible to use for the boxes the so-called “Z” holders which are attached to the boxes by M8 carriage bolts with self securing nuts. Inside the box we recommend to use instead of the pad steel area, the pads for wooden constructions ČSN 02 1729 ( 02 1727).

As the box is conical when using holders, the bottom is not in parallel to the ground. MAGIC BOX is the latest series of toolboxes. It is made of polyethylene using the rotary method.

The box is fitted with a security system against self-opening.

Assembly manual: The long service life and functionality of the box and its correct fixation to the vehicle are stated. Boxes are used for horizontal assembly: For mounting on the vehicle, use our holders. Take care to ensure the correct location of the holder towards the box so there is no deformation of bending the box. In the case of not keeping with the requirements, we cannot guarantee the tightness of the box. For the fixation to the floor or frame, use an M 8 galvanized fixation bolt, for the fixation of the box to the holder use an M8 galvanised carriage bolt. The lock must be lubricated 1x in 14 days (we recommend graphite). Items located in the box must have free movement to prevent damage to the cap. Before driving, check that the box is properly closed and locked. In the box at the bottom there must be glued wood which distributes the point loading of the bottom.
