Dr Parakala Prabhakar

Dr Parakala Prabhakar is a Ph.D from the world renowned London School of Economics (LSE). He did his

Master's Degree and M.Phil from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi.

In addition to his academic accomplishments, Dr Parakala is a well-known public personality in Andhra

Pradesh. For several years he presented a current affairs discussion programme on reputed television

channels and enriched the public discourse in the state.

He carried out several research studies and policy analyses for international organizations such as

UNICEF, ILO, WTO, UNDP and for various departments of both state and union governments.

He was a member of a Task Force that helped formulate India's 10th Five Year Plan.

He lectured at various forums such as FICCI, CII and traveled extensively in Europe, the United States, and

the Far East.

He has a special expertise in conducting opinion polling. And he has considerable experience in developing

Media and Communications strategies.

Uma Vijaykumar

Uma is a postgraduate from the 1992 batch of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). She also obtained

an M.Phil degree for her dissertation submitted to Madras University.

Uma Vijaykumar has worked with some of the leading consulting organizations in Chennai and Bangalore

and has two decades of work experience.

She specializes in IT recruitments and has helped leading IT companies in handling their niche requirements.

Uma has over the years also acquired considerable expertise in organizing events at the district and state

levels. With a flair for writing, she is very competent at designing corporate communications. Her book of

poems was published in the United states and was well received.

Bhaskar S Ayer

Bhaskar S Ayer holds a Masters Degree in Management Studies from the BITS Pilani and has worked in

Bhaskar S Ayer possesses more than two decades of valuable experience in the industry. He has handled

He has worked with leading corporations in Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore. Vijaykumar has diverse exposure in

the areas of Recruitment, H.R. Systems, Compensation Benefits and Employee Relations. He is also partner with

a venture that offers Outbound Training, Eco Tourism and Adventure Holidays.
