    Credits and AwardsA grade of 50 or above in a module => credits.A grade less than 40 in any module => no MSc180 credits and mean grade of 50 => MSc120 credits in taught components and mean grade of 50 => PG Diploma60 credits in taught components and mean grade of 50 => PG Certificate

    The Exam Board has discretion to consider: Award of MSc with Distinction for overall Mean Exam grade of 69.5

    and a grade of not less than 69.5 in (taught) units to the value of notless than 90 credits and the individual project

    Award of MSc with Merits for overall Mean Exam grade of 59.5 anda grade of not less than 59.5 in (taught) units to the value of not lessthan 90 credits and the individual project

    Award of MSc for up to 165 credits and mean grade of 50 Award of PG Diploma for up to 105 credits and mean grade of 50

    PG Diploma registration may be upgraded to MSc for demonstrableperformance in January exams with minimum of 45 credits passed
