About the Series.Like no other

Positioned as a convenient, cost-effective alternative, this F3-class series featuresa full carbon fibre chassis from Dallara, powered by a 2-litre Renault engine anda well-matched Hewland six-speed sequential gearbox. Top speed 240 kph.Increasingly the choice of racers from UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

At the end of the 14 -race championship, drivers graduate with the recognition of being part of the ever expanding family of Asia’s most exciting & technologically advanced single-seater racing series. This is the platform that drivers can and do leverage to the highest levels of international motorsport including GP2 and finally Formula 1.

The series has witnessed full grids of internationally-renowned drivers from UK, USA, Brazil, Japan, Australia, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Lebanon, Italy, Bahrain and India.

Every car is prepared to exacting international standards resulting in action-packed exciting races.

• Tio raced in the UK Formula Renault 2.0 championship for the Atech Reid GP Team, finishing third overall. He joined Marussia Manor Racing for the 2012 GP3 Series season. For 2013, he has tested more than once for the Marussia F1 Team.

• A professional racing driver from France currently competing in Formula Renault 3.5 with AV Formula. At Monza, Pic completed a combined 28 overtaking moves during both races to finish sixth and fourth respectively.

• A British racing driver with Norwegian family history. Rupert's first step was the Formula BMW Europe series in 2008-9 with RaikkonenRobertson Racing. He then graduated to the British Formula 3 International Series with Carlin for 2010-11 with great success.

• A Belgian racing driver, currently competing in the European F3 Open Championship with Team West-Tec. Statring in the Formula Renault 2.0 Northern European Cup. When 5th overall, he received offers from several F3 teams.

A state of art circuit fully equipped with the latest facilities and services, including Flood Lighting project with the live telecasts of the MotoGP and Qatar Challenge night races. Perfect weather conditions for track. The track is 5.380 km in length, with a main straight of just over a kilometre at 1,068 metres. Te 5.4 kilometer (3.3 miles) long circuit has 16 turns of which 10 are right hand corners and 6 left-handers. At the end of the 1.048 meters long final straight bikes reach their top speed of 330 km/h.

A world-class motorsport facility rises out of the desert 30 kilometres south of Bahrain’s capital city, Manama. The circuit’s length is 5.411Km, with a maximum uphill slope of 3.6% and maximum downhill slope of 5.6%.In 2007 the circuit became the first Grand Prix circuit to be awarded the distinguished FIA Institute Centre of Excellence award, given for excellent safety, race marshal, and medical facilities, and for the high standards of technology required to maintain these.
