SUMMARY OF CURENT ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Trouble shooting, maintenance and repair of all refrigeration
equipments. Efficiently handles the complete installation, testing and commissioning
of Smoke Extract Fans (SEF). Toilet Extract Fans (TEF), Kitchen Extract Fans (KEF), Heat Exchangers, Primary and Secondary Pumps.
Maintenance and service repairs on all heating, ventilation and A/C units.
Maintenance of Cold rooms and package Units. Maintenance of Pressurization units, Sump pump and Fire pump. Repair and handling of Fresh Air Handling Units (FAHU), Fan Coil Units
(FCU) and Air handling Units (AHU). Installation and Maintenance of Split Units. Tests and treats circulating water to prevent scale and corrosion. Calibrates and adjusts thermostats, valves and controls to specified
levels of operation. Maintaining the temperature of high alert through BMS (Building
Management System) and rectifying the faults using the concerned controllers.
