Welcome! We are honored to welcome you to the 11th NRI-

Conference.

The NRI-Conference aims to provide a platform

for discussion of new ideas as well as to

contribute to a stronger cooperation among

health care professionals in the Nordic region.

Our goal is to strengthen and improve the best

health services possible or everybody in the

Nordic countries.

This year the NRI-Conference will focus on how

we can use new research, medical tailoring and

health innovations to solve health challenges. We

have invited prominent speakers to give their

perspectives to important topics related to

personalized medicine, antimicrobial resistance

and mHealth. Does personalized medicine

represent a true paradigm shift? Are we

responding too late in order to tackle

antimicrobial resistance? What is the innovative

and socio-economic impact of mHealth?

Based on feedback from the NRI-Conference

2015, we have decided to change the venue from

Bergen to a more convenient and accessible

location at Oslo airport.

We would also like to extend a special welcome

to this years prominent speakers and a significant

number of deans of medical faculties and

university hospital directors. Their participation in

Nordic Health Summit will make it possible for us

to be even more involved in discussions and

decisions on the future Nordic cooperation in

health and innovation.

We hope you will have two inspiring days with us

in Oslo!
