• English Board Redevelopment– Much thinking and planning, tossing ideas around– Consulting members and gaining feedback– Discussions with Council & CSP staff– More planning, training & trying out ideas– Ongoing communication +++ to and from Council, Staff &

members– Gradual development of groups– Guidance to assist & support them

• Result! 10 English Networks all working with members on LOCAL priorities and providing forum for cascade of info to and from the CSP, AND a means of CSP staff going out to meet members locally.

– Large projects e.g. introducing a Falls prevention Service using the Falls Data

– Small initiatives e.g. Talk to people, Distribute leaflets (Physio Works)

• Every Action Counts – large or small – it all adds up. Results may be slow in coming but they will come so don’t give up!
