Profilodomi was founded in 2000 in Volos Greece. The director managers of Profilodomi have over 20 years experience in metal cold forming processes.

Nowadays, Profilodomi has modern building facilities, a new efficient equipment with two production lines which gives the ability to supply to the

customers multiple orders for its products. The company is situated near the first industrial area of Volos - Greece a few kilometers away from the commercial port, the rail station and the E75 and E90 European

routes.

The company's values are based on the principles of reliability, consistency, economy and good cooperation. We want to develop and produce quality products that meet the highest standards. PROFILODOMI is always near the customer before and after sales, providing technical support and ways to improve their works

Profilodomi is a construction and commercial company. At the early 2000 until now, Profilodomi constructed hundreds of small and big projects of steel structure buildings with covers of polyurethane panels including constructions in industrial buildings and industrial refrigeration rooms and small houses. As the company always wants to meet the demand of the market in cold forming steel, develop and produce mounting structures for solar panels, cable trays and accessories

Profilodomi also produces and supply Greek and foreign constructors with special components for metal buildings made by galvanized steel.

Mounting Structures for solar panels

Over 20MW solar Installations in 2 years in open field ground mounting structures. They are suitable for variant kinds of grounds and soil with the choice of standard of variable inclination and they are designed and tested in real environment over years for durability and strength in high demanding weather conditions.

Mounting Structures for roofs of industrial and residential buildings

Hundreds of small or big industrial and home roofs have the mounting systems of Profilodomi The system for industrial buildings hangs the rails directly from the building components making a safety and strong join between the structures of solar system and the building structure. The systems are easy customized and allow the installation on almost any roof. Especially in flat roofs of concrete the components of the mounting system can be jointed in various ways so more space of the area can be covered to create a more efficient installation. The inclination of the installation can be adjustable. Also fittings and clamps can be made of stainless steel.

Installations on residential roofs and buildings

Profidomi has developed various kinds of mounting structures for residential roofs buildings, tile roofs, flat areas like terraces or even on the walls. There is a list with standard types for 1 to 3 panels portrait or landscape for standard inclination of 20°, 25°, 30 ° and 3 to 6 panels portrait with maximum height 2.5m. There is also a system with hooks for roof tiles.

Furthermore, the components of the mounting system can be joined in many different combinations. This gives the advantage to create customized mounting structures suitable for almost any roof or terrace for different inclination or minimum and maximum height according to customer's demands. Profilodomi has full range of standard structures but also the customized structures can be designed and supplied on demand.

TYPE B reinforcements for bigger rigidity The basis of cable trays is shaped with reinforcements for bigger rigidity along of cable Tray. The number of the reinforcements in the Basis depends of the width of the cable trays. Reinforcements can be replaced with holes 7x25mm for better ventilation of cables, made-to-order The profile of cable trays is designed to provide better rigidity at the top of the both sides, in combination with the right placement of the Cover of the cable trays. Cable trays and accessories can be Manufactured with literal height, width & thickness different than typical, made-to-order.


TYPE A extrusion 1mm On the basis of the cable tray, the extrusion is 1mm, which protects cables during installation and helps them to slip over. The cable trays with the extrusion hole at their basis have a greater rigidity in both width and length. The profile of the cable tray is designed in combination with the placement of the cover to provide better rigidity at the top of both sides.

Cover. The cover of cable trays can be clipped on the tray because of its shape.
