Developer: The JunctionDescription: Mountford Pigott have been appointed to provide full designs for the newly designated town centre site.  This will comprise a new 70,000ft² (6,500m²) food store, petrol filling station, 600 residential units, retail units and a new primary school. Mountford Pigott have also obtained several planning permissions for the replacement of the ageing Odeon cinema with 30,000ft² (2,800m²) of new retail and the complete refacing of two further shopping terraces. Overall the site is 23 hectares / 56 acres in area.Value: £25m

Majority of works complete on site, further phases to follow. including new pod and terrace extension.

AXA REIM Sprowston Retail Park,Norwich

1.5m Splitting units and feasibilities/options for introducing new retailers. Planning Obtained. First phases all complete with further works planned, and potential downsize of Homebase.

1.5m Feasibilities and options for unit subdivisions and downsizing B&Q.
