Point Richmond was designated a Historic District in 1979 and has a rich and colorful history. Enjoy a stroll through downtown’s quiet streets filled with restaurants, coffeeshops (like Kaleidoscope Coffee, shown here), art galleries, historic sites, and more.
This 307-acre park includes a beautiful shoreline picnic area, fishing pier,secluded swimming beach, hilltop views, and even a model railroad museum.
Enjoy the waterfront bay views, tasting room, winery, and cidery before touring the historic WWII SS Red Oak Victory ship that is docked next door.

RICHMOND FERRY TERMINALThe San Francisco Bay Area Water Emergency
Transportation Authority (WETA) is proposing to
establish a new ferry route between the existing
San Francisco Ferry Terminal and a new ferry
terminal on the Ford Peninsula. This means you’ll
be able to catch the ferry directly outside of our
building! Stay tuned.
