Conflict Promotes Growth

Just because you have experienced some failure doesn't

mean that you can't succeed

Just because you took longer than others, doesn't mean that you failed

Be the bigger person, sometimes it's better to just

walk away

Conflict is inevitable, egging it on is optional

Conflict will never be solved if you never speak up!

Just because it's difficult, doesn't mean it's impossible

If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you

Follow your instincts

You don't have to agree, but you don't have to argue
