Parent Surveys
Originally 200 surveys were sentout to randomized parents fromboth OPA and MOPA, but theresponse rate was only 32surveys or 16%. The survey wasthen sent out for all parents toparticipate in. The surveyresponse for MOPA was 91 surveysor appox. 25% of surveys sent out(359).
Note
For those questions that havemarked “other” as theanswer, the question waseither left blank or therespondent wrote in theirown response.
