No. F. 19/l/981UD/RR-2824.-The following Recruitment Regulations made by the Municipal Corporation of
Delhi der section 98 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (66 of 1957) vide item No. 518 dated the 20th December,
2004 lating to the post of Assistant Malaria Inspector, Municipal Corporation of Delhi, having been approved by the
Lt. G ernor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in pursuance of the provisions ofsub-section (2) of section 480 of the
said read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs , Notification No. 3/6/66 Delhi dated the 19th October,
1966 a hereby published as underit,Short title and commencement .-,--{ I) These regulations may be called the Municipal Corporation of Delhi
t Malaria Inspector ) Recruitment Regulations, 2009.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.
2. Number of posts , classification and scale of pay.-The number of posts, their classification and scale of payattacled thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the schedule annexed hereto.
3. Method of recruitment , age-limit, qualifications etc.-The method ofrecruitment, age limit, qualifications and
othe#natters related to the said post, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (14) of the schedule aforesaid.
4. Disqualification .-No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shape eligible for appointment to the said post;
Provided that the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, may if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the
peral law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing
exe t any person from the operation of this regulation.
5. Power to relax .-Where, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient
so t1do it may, be order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and with the prior approval of the Government, relax any ofthe ovisions of these regulations with respect to any class or category of person or posts.
6. Saving.-Nothing in these regulations shall affect reservations, relaxation if age limit and other concessionsreq ed to be provided for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen and otherspe al categories of persons , in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in thisreg d
7. Repeal .-The recruitment regulations for the post of Assistant Malaria Inspector in the Health Department of
Mi cipal Corporation of Delhi notified vide notification no. F/9/14/84-LSG dated 12th August, 1985 are hereby repealed.

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 25th February, 2010
F.No. 7 (367)/227R002/UD/841 .-Whereas a list of 775 Heritage Sites including Heritage Buildings , HeritagePrecincts and Listed Natural Feature Areas prepared by Commissioner , MCD, in the jurisdiction of Municipal Corporationof Delhi on the advice of Heritage Conservation Committee was published in the newspaper on the 3rd and 4th June, 2001as a public notice, inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby within a period of thirtydays from the date of publication of the notice;
And whereas copies of the said notice were made available to the public on the 3rd and 4th June, 2001;
And whereas all objections and suggestions received in respect of the above mentioned public notice have beenduly considered by the Heritage Conservation Committee constituted by the Government of India vide Notification No.S.O.904(E) dated the 6th August, 2004.
And whereas out of the original list of 775 heritage sites including heritage buildings, heritage precincts and listednatural feature areas referred to the Heritage Conservation Committee by Municipal Corporation of Delhi, one building /precinct has not been found suitable for listing by HCC ( Annexure -B) and in respect of six building / precincts, MCD isproviding the required information to HCC for consideration (Annexure-C).
Now, therefore, in exercise ofthe powers coniferred by Bye-laws 23 . 1 and 23.5 of Delhi Building Bye-Laws, 1983read with sub - section (21 A) of Section 2 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, the Government hereby publishesthe following list of 767 Heritage Sites including Heritage Buildings , Heritage Precincts and Natural Feature Areas forgeneral information (Annexure-A).
