service manager of the product.

o Ensure the quality of service rendered to client through clear SOP for each client.

o Dealing with the current/new Vendors and negotiating prices along with assuring the

required service level “SL”.

o Maintaining a high level of satisfaction for clients through complying with their KPIs.

o Handling customers’ complaints if any.

o Producing Clients’ invoices on the system and assuring the delivery process of it.

o Revising vendor’s invoices and posting it to the system.

o Preparing periodic reports to the product manager.

o Supervising Distribution team while the execution of daily distribution plans.

o Revising the daily plans and assuring that the requested deliveries were successfully

accomplished as planned.

o Assure that the daily operations are done according to each client’s SOP.

o Responding to RFQs.

o Dealing with the current Vendors and collect the new figures requested by the direct

manager.

o Controlling the system process and daily monitoring of system operations.

detailed reports to the management.

o Investigating the failures in company’s KPIs and informing the OPS team in order to

avoid it.

of any process updates.

Achievements at Agility:

o A main participant in the establishment of distribution service on Jan, 2013 and this was

began by handling 1 Truck per week for 1 Client then was grown up to controlling the

operation of moving more than 60 dispatches per day.

o Played a vital role through Auditing and process control in enhancing the KPI

percentage of Agility various operations teams until it exceeded the desired regional

percentage after it was among the lowest ones in the network.
