Who are we? MOG Enterprise is the company you need to build the house

of your dreams. Our Mission is design and use products with

minimal environmental impact, using as much as possible

renewable and natural materials, while offering the highest

technical and Health Safety Standards for our customers.

Also, we have a foundation that helps people without home,

PERMALCULTURE FUNDATION.

Permalculture Fundation PERMALCULTURE FUNDATION helps homeless people to build them a

greenhouse, for each earthship we build, MOG Enterpriese donate the

10% to the foundation and with the support of external donations like

money, material and volunteering.

Who are we? This is a foundation which engineers Carlos Roberto Cambara y Luis Alberto

Maldonado created 3 years ago. They wanted to create it therefore people

who are homeless, moreover to give them a efficiency house such as earth

ships.

Vision This foundation has the vision of not having people living on Guatemala

streets, and to give them a home which they can be independent no matter if

they have economic stability or not because they’re going to be able to

support themselves. Due to the houses are self-efficient.

Mission Building ecological houses with volunteers, as them can demonstrate their

charity and compassion to others who doesn’t have a home. However improve

in Guatemala a green culture and awareness about the importance of taking

care of the environment and Guatemala’s natural resources.

Our new project

Earthships Our company MOG Enterprise develops a project of ecological houses,

which are named earthships or earth houses. The design is

“permaculture houses” (It’s a division of ecological design and ecological

engineering which develops sustainable human payments and

independent food system formed from natural resources). These

buildings are not technologically similarly modern houses with computer

devices. However, they are built from recycle materials such as glass

bottles, cans, car wheels, plastic bottles, and many other tires are used

to build them. Not only of recycle materials, and air but also made

from wood, some slugged mix with concrete, solar panels, tanks, water

rain systems, wind power, domestic wastewater treatment, natural light.

The purpose of these houses is to be friendly with Earth, but also to

promote efficient houses for people who are not able to pay bills.

Having an earth house has many advantages. One of them is that

earthships has orchards, which the owners plants and produce their own

food. If people produce their own food they would be able to feed

themselves even when they dont have money they would have food;

furthermore they can´t find a job. With these houses people don’t have

to pay for electricity, water or food nor air conditioner. These houses

are great in countries with hot weather because the environment inside

the house is cool and people don’t have to use a fan or anything to

refresh themselves. It is perfect for Guatemalan people.
