2. Introduction
2.1. Introduction
The mobile solution is an HTML5-based application that is compatible with WebKit enabled mobile devices, such
as iPhone, Android, and Blackberry. The application enables the ability for passengers to book and manage
travel on their mobile device though a simple and intuitive process flow.
Through the mobile home screen, passengers are provided the ability to:
Shop for new travel reservations
Book for new travel reservations
Access existing travel reservations made through the mobile system
Modify existing travel reservations exchanging for another itinerary
Cancelation of an existing itinerary
View flight status based on schedule look up for flights departing today or tomorrow
View flight status based on flight number look up for flights departing yesterday, today, or tomorrow
2.2. About The Application
The mobile solution is a white-label solution built in a manner that allows airlines to configure and brand the
application so that it has the look and feel of their existing website and other brand assets. The screen shots
used in this document are representative of a specific configuration. Most of the screens allow some level of
configuration, however, and most all labels are text keys that allow the airline to determine what information is
displayed to the user.
Please refer to the Mobile Style Guide for additional information on configuring and branding the mobile
application.
