Earlier this century, the mobile phone became the first communications technology to have more users in developing countries like Bangladesh.

The objectives of the study are:−To identify user’s attitudes towards mobile

banking in Bangladesh;−To detect constrains in development of mobile

banking in Bangladesh.

The profession respondent is divided into six categories. The categories are Student, Teacher, Business, Govt.jod, Private job, and Others. Among the respondents 38% were students, 8% teachers, 8% business, Govt. job 16%, Private job 28%, and 2% others.

It is found from the survey that 86% respondents said that mobile banking is easy to use and 14% respondents no comments. As a results mobile banking is easy to use because of majority responded are agreed.

It is found from the survey that 74% respondents said mobile banking is trustworthy and 6% respondent’s mobile banking, as a result it can be said that mobile banking is trustworthy.
