DELIVERY AND PAYMENT POLICIES

INVOICES

? When receiving goods from us, please will you check through the order with our driver. Please note any discrepancies, good returned, price errors etc on our copy of the invoice.

? Always write onto the invoice and the trip sheets when paying cash. Get our driver to check the cash with you and to countersign your invoice as proof of a cash payment.

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

?

The cost of fuel has now really become unbearable and our suppliers are starting to increase prices. We will still deliver to you free of charge provided the minimum order values are met. We have been very lenient on our minimum delivery values in the past but have no alternative any longer but to implement the rates below.

The following are the minimum order rates

o RATE 1 – Central Durban R 750.00

o RATE 2 – Drakensburg and South coast R 850.00

o RATE 3- Other Areas, no free delivery - transport costs apply

We will remind you if your order is below the minimum order amount, however if you still want the goods, the delivery charge will automatically be added to your invoice.

The following rates will be applied onto tax invoices should the minimum amount

not be met

o RATE 1 R65.00

o RATE 2 R150.00

ORDER COLLECTIONS

? CASH ONLY - If you collect your order from our office in Briardene and pay

cash 5% discount.

? CREDIT CARD - We have credit card facilities, however we do not accept

Diners cards or American Express. Credit card payments will receive a 5% discount for collected orders.

PAYMENTS

COD CLIENTS – DELIVERED GOODS

? EFT Payments must be made on receipt of Order Confirmation. No goods will be manufactured or delivered without payment. Proof of payment is to be faxed

through to 031 5633092

? Credit Card payments – the driver can do a manual transaction or you can supply us

with your credit card details and we will charge your card each time you purchase and submit the slip with your delivery for signature. Please contact admin@mitras.co.za for the forms to register as a credit card customer.

? Clients who pay by cash are to leave the funds for the driver - please ensure that he signs receipt of the cash. We can forward a sales order to you showing your amount due if needed. No goods will be left without payment.

30 DAY ACCOUNT CLIENTS

? Statements are issued on the last day of each month.

? These amounts are to be paid within 30 days of date of invoice.

? Due dates are clearly indicated on each invoice.

? Proof of payment is to be faxed to 031 5633092

? A credit application is to be completed and approved by management before an account is opened.
