MISSIONThe days of being “just” a dancer are over. You have to be able to do it all. The Broadway Dance Collective was created to give students the tools necessary to flourish in today’s American Musical Theatre by connecting them with Broadway’s finest working professionals.

The Broadway Dance Collective is a 4-hour Musical Theatre Master Class Tour where students are split into three groups (Youth, Teen, and College) and take breakout classes in Musical Theatre Jazz, Broadway Tap, Vocal Performance, and Audition Techniques.

WHO WE ARECollectively our Broadway Teaching Artists have performed in over 100 Broadway shows. We have trained at our nation’s most prestigious Universities, graced the World’s greatest stages, trained students across the Globe and are ready to share the information!

You will learn original Broadway choreography from the dancers who are currently performing it on Broadway. The day will culminate with a Parent Presentation and Industry Q&A.

THE TRUTHBroadway producers want to invest in an ensemble of storytellers who can do everything. Separate singing and dancing ensembles are a practice of the past. Come get the tools. Don’t come to be perfect. Don’t not come because you “can’t” do one of the disciplines. Come to get ready.

So many trained dancers are afraid of tapping in auditions, but you’d be surprised how many

dancers” and taught them how to tap in the rehearsal process. Even if tap is not

”what you do,” taking yourself out of your

comfort zone will place you strides ahead of the

competition.

BROADWAY TAP

You’re a fantastic dancer, chances are

you will make it through the dance cut. But the most

important factor in booking the job is

nailing your 16 bar vocal audition.

In the vocal performance class, you will learn how to warm up your voice, and how to

select a great audition song. The

best part is, you will walk away that day with sheet music in hand to bring into any audition with confidence. We’re

gonna get you singing.
