Jennifer Levine was recently appointed the 2010 Chairperson of NAIOP’s Education Committee by President-Elect Brad Schnepf. Under the direction of current Chairman David Jones, the committee revamped its educational offerings in 2009 in response to the economic downturn and the slowdown of members’ businesses. The goal was to enhance the benefits of NAIOP membership by providing free, members-only workshops on today’s hot topics taught by industry leaders, with a specific emphasis on improving skill sets in order to stay competitive in this new market. Due to the success of these workshops and the resulting positive feedback from members, the committee will continue this philosophy throughout 2010 under Jennifer’s leadership.
