RICK GARDNER
Rick specializes in coaching senior executives and leaders to improve their personal effectiveness and impact within their organization. He brings his exceptional enthusiasm for leadership development and his strong business background to his coaching approach. Rick has been coaching for over 14 years. He specializes in Director through C-Suite levels, primarily in Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and General Management functional areas. He has coached executives and their teams operating in the U.S., Europe and Asia in various business-life stages requiring specific
organizational culture change and leadership adaptation skills. Industry specialization includes Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services and various Technology industries.

Rick’s ability to achieve successful and enriching coaching results is based on the powerful combination of applied leadership development systems and entrepreneurial experience, along with his extensive company career, which includes 19 years with the CIGNA group of companies in a variety of field and corporate assignments, including Regional Vice President, Field Operations Vice President, Vice President of New Products and Strategic Alliances, and President of ESIS, a subsidiary Insurance services organization.
Rick has a BBA degree from Loyola Marymount University with a concentration in Finance and holds certifications as a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM). He received his coaching accreditation with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is certified in the following assessments: Insights Discovery, Lominger 360, Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA), Individual Directions Inventory (IDI), and Global Mindset Inventory.
