M-Watch intelligently monitors various components in the IT infrastructure stack (like networks, servers, applications etc.) and integrates workflows (service desk, incident, problem management etc.) guided by ITIL process. M-Watch protects your investments with its flexible architecture to integrate with your existing tools. If you do not have an existing tool, then M-Watch offers its own suite of tools to manage your IT Infrastructure.
