The TAURUS Gemini is always used when large workpieces have to be machined with high precision or when the process requires special machine stability.
This is also the case in the aerospace and die and mold making industries. You can perform all necessary operations with just one machine: milling, turning* and grinding*. For extremely precise machining, we offer our accuracy package** which is exactly the right solution.

ROUGHING - LEVELING - FINISHING
With the TAURUS Gemini you invest in a machine concept that flexibly combines several machine types in just one system. Roughing operations are possible with a power of up to 63 kW at up to 1,500 Nm. For finishing operations, spindle speeds of up to 20,000 rpm and high machine dynamics are available.
All this without compromising on stability, accuracy and availability.

The TAURUS Gemini is also optionally available with an integrated turning table.
This enables you to completely finish rotary workpieces in one clamping.
EFFICIENT - SAFE - SIMPLE
The pallet system option enables you to set up the workpiece during the
machining operation. The intelligent chip conveyor concept makes it possible to clean the workpiece while machining is in progress.
This saves time, money and increases productivity.
The TAURUS Gemini can be integrated into your existing production line via the pallet system and contributes to process reliability. A pallet changer with
double carrier or an AGV (automated guided vehicle) are available.
